We were married at Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens on November 11, 2023, and Vanessa made our cake. It was White Velvet cake, with dulce de leche filling and caramel icing. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious! It was decorated even better than I could have imagined. We went home with a layer of the cake and would take a fork and just grab bites from the box in the fridge. We didn't even realizing we were eating so much of it, but it was just aboslutely delicious. The planning/designing process was incredibly easy and Vanessa was so lovely at the tasting and explaining everything to us. I highly recommend getting a cake from here, I will definitely keep her in mind for future cake need. We are already thinking of getting a recreation of our wedding cake for our anniversary.

Writing this after multiple cakes have been made by Vanessa. All were themes we requested and she executed them beautifully. The flavor combinations of both her cakes and cupcakes is always flawless. They always taste as good as they look! In addition her company is always reliable and communicative. I can’t recommend Vanessa Ross Cakes enough!

Vanessa has made cakes for many of my family's celebrations. She is very friendly and a joy to work with. Her designs are so intricate and realistic. Her cakes look spectacular and taste amazing. Her attention to detail is incredible. Vanessa never fails to deliver unique stunning cakes! I very highly recommend Vanessa Ross Cakes!!!

Vanessa Ross Cakes has been my go-to for 7 years and counting! Vanessa is so easy to work with and not only are her cakes works of art, they are delicious too. Her cake is always moist and her buttercream is to die for. At every event, I have received so many compliments on the design and how good the cake is. They are the focal point of the party! Her passion, creativity and skill are so apparent in her work. I highly recommend Vanessa Ross Cakes!!

How do you leave a 10⭐ review?! Vanessa made our wedding cake, which was carrot with cream cheese frosting - she knocked it out of the park! Not only was it absolutely gorgeous but hands down the best carrot cake I've ever had! Our wedding was two weeks ago and I still have guests commenting about the cake. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't use Vanessa and her team!!
