I had an amazing experience at Waffle House after a long night of dancing. The food felt magical. It really hit the spot. I ordered a waffle with bacon and eggs, and it was cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I enjoyed every bite of my meal, and I felt refreshed and energized afterwards. First time in all the years I've ate at waffle houses I have never seen them precooked a pile of bacon and sausage and have it sitting on the cook counter for when they need it and I mean literally sitting there in a pile. Yeah they use it up but it's just the fact that it's precooked it's not fresh and hot and part of model is good food fast. Horrible experience from top to bottom. Called in an order and was told it would be 15-20 minutes later and I was waiting over a half hour. Tried to suggest to the lady behind the register to stop telling people a time frame if they are that busy so they won’t be as pissed. Was called rude just for the suggestion. Also ordered a all star breakfast and absolutely everything was wrong on the order. Ordered sausage, got bacon. Ordered raisin toast, and got plain toast. Ordered grits and they put hash browns in it. Also the waffle had cooked hair in it!!! Manager also didn’t seem to care that half the restaurant that was sitting there eating was asking where there food was. If possible for less than a star I would have given 0. Food was cooked to perfection. I was able to call in order for the first time in months. The staff was very curtious and i was in and out. Thanks to the night shift crew you guys did a great job!!! I have several food allergies. So when I came to this Waffle House, I thought they still had salads. My fault not theirs. I haven't eaten out in a while. But they stopped making them during COVID. But they were very accommodating to me. They boiled in egg and the head cook changed his gloves, and wiped everything down. And cut me up some lettuce tomatoes and diced onions. Then offered to run to the store. And get me salad dressing I could eat. It's a very amazing place and staff. If you have severe food allergies like me, seek other locations. But if you happen to drop in, you're in great hands. Thank you for my server Tatiana, the manager or head cook John C,. This waffle house is usually so amazing, but this last trip was horrible and since this waffle house has not answered their phones all day I am leaving this review. today my husband and i stopped to get some waffle house to bring to his parents for breakfast. We got there at 11 and my husband went in while i sat in the car with our dog. He came out an hour later with the food and said he had to place the order twice because they lost it the first time. Which no big deal, it's a sunday and the church crowd was about to start rolling in. Then when we got to the house we realized they did not put gravy on my father in laws hash brown bowl like we requested. I can even ignore that but the final straw was mixing up my grits and finding an entire piece of a jelly packet mixed in my grits. It was the corner like somebody opened the packet and just threw away their trash into my food. I tried to call just to get a new side of grits or something but they never answered so i ended up having to just throw the whole thing away. Why have a phone to not answer it, and why would you allow literal trash to be in a customers food? Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Tonight. Of all nights. Waffle house you redeemed yourself. This girl was exhausted after a particularly stressful day. We had no plans for this Hallmark holiday, but knew we wanted something low key and fast. What a sweet little celebration it was at the Temple Ave. Location. Everyone was in a great mood, they had a special menu, but we just ordered the same old atery clogging AllStar and Chicken and Eggs. Mable was adorable and Ms. Hazel in the grill. Perfect. Thank you!

Great to have a 24/7 Waffle House in town and not just at the interstate! They seem to have a high turn over in staff, but all in all, they are quick to fix mistakes and pleasant, so the courtesy makes up for the slip ups!
