Been coming to this location for several years. The service staff is awesome. However, there is a new manager, Greg, the atmosphere has plummeted since his arrival. There is a palpable tension in the store. Today he yelled at multiple staff members to get their attention. If it wasn't for my loyalty to the service staff I would not return for awhile. Waffle House, Monroe Ohio First visit to Waffle House since retirement and first visit to this location. Restaurant Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Staff/service Staff was friendly and attentive, uniforms were clean and in good repair. My server was Beth and she was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The Food The food was properly cooked and seasoned. I had the All Star Breakfast and it was just as good as the same dish at any other Waffle House in the country. Bottom Line Everything was good and I would have no reservations recommending this Waffle House to a friend. I mean can you really go wrong recommending Waffle House? I will never attend this place again. The manager would not serve us. We sat for an hour and 15 min before they even thought about cooking our food. Every person that came in after us ate and then left. While we sat there and waited watched her put her orders ahead of ours.
