It's a little rough and it's always so busy and I haven't been here once we're they weren't Restocking every thing.. I guess they sell a lot. Place isn't very clean but most Walmarts are about the same. Also bring your own bags this store never has any! (None to buy)
They will stop you and ask to see a receipt and ask if you’re stealing, but if you need help or want an option other than self checkout it’s impossible. No one competent works here and they’ll harass customers? Even if they’ve went there for years? Probably the least friendly and poorly stocked Walmart in Connecticut
I love this walmart to visit. Great inside. My deliverys have not been the best lately. I've had to switch them to pick ups. Which walmart is quick to do. There drivers are contracted through a different company so I get it. But it can be very inconvenient.
I came to this Walmart looking for pastry and I couldn't reach the very top shelf. I saw a female worker and said, "excuse me." She replied with a very loud voice with a face that can kill and said with a stern look, "WHAT!!" With a reply like that, I just said, "never mind, you're too friendly to ask for your help." And she kept walking as if I was bothering her.
I don't expect much of Walmart as far as Customer Service goes, but the Waterford Superstore takes it to a new depth.
My order says that I cancelled my pickup of 48 items - which I did NOT. I have called the store, pressing #4 for "online orders/pickup" at least 20 times in the last 3 hours. I also tried "0', for the store operator, at least as many timed. The only number that answers is the Pharmacy,and they transferred me to Customer-less Service.

The Pharmacist specifically is the best here. He has been so kind and helpful to me and answers any questions I have. As someone who's nervous, I greatly appreciate the kindness.
The Walmart store itself is fairly nice. My biggest complaint is it can be a bit dirty/messy but recently they've added little updates that are nice. They have quite the range of items and are usually pretty well stocked with fairly low prices. The Bakery goods are surprisingly good as well!
When to pick up an online order plus shopping the online order I left after 45 minutes of waiting with no service. Went inside to pick up a couple things. One of was a 3$ dog flea collar in a locked case. After asking 4 people in the area. Noone could open it. Tso I took my other few items to the self check out. I scanned my order. The computer froze. Took a few tries to get the attention of the lady in the area as she was on her phone. Just to have her tell me I had to wait for other people to come in n ring out. I will be shopping at target now. Was a 15 min trip in store for everything.
am NOT a fan of Walmart, in general. It’s more of a convenient and necessary evil 😳 than anything! But This Supercenter was decent.

Walmart is a superstore, This store has almost everything vegetables, fruits, dry fruits,ice cream Milk,butter chocolate, water bottle , soft drinks,Beauty products,Tomato sauce canes, mixed vegetables canes,sweet peas canes,Electronics,Toy section Clothes and Pet section and many more items with Economical Rates.
You need 3 to 4 hours to go through it all sections.
