This Walmart has some of the worst people working for them they tried to say my brother stole stuff even when he had the recite In his hand and tried to show them it they just kept saying he was going to make his situation worse if he didn't shut up and wouldn't look at the recite even the Oxford cop wouldn't look ate it he kept telling him the same thing to shut up or he was going to make it worse they kept all the stuff he bought he bought over 450$ worth qof sqtuff they stole from him they violated his rights buy grabbing his personal stuff and then told him he couldn't leave.
This is a great Wal-Mart! I've had multiple associates help me and answer any questions, from guns to grocery pick up! Keep up the good work Wal-Mart staff.
Good place to all in one shop with the general merchandise on one side and the market on the other, The staff is good and prices are OK with the current market rate.
I needed a Check cashed of a large amount and in a hurry. The Service Desk was glad to do it . Nice Clean Restrooms, Handicap Accessible Store. Most of your Shopping / Service needs met under one roof. Geo Cache Location hidden in the Parking Lot !
We frequent this Walmart a lot for regular shopping. We went for groceries tonight, but also had to visit the electronics department to find my daughter a pair of headphones with a microphone for school. We looked in the case, but didn’t know what we needed. I dreaded asking for help, as usually it can’t be found. But Jacob was behind the counter already helping another customer. As soon as the other customer left he was immediately attentive and didn’t hesitate at all to lead me over to the case and help us find what we needed. He opened several cases, looked at the headphones with us and even went over his radio to ask another associate if she knew if they had what we were looking for. Right after that, he ended up finding a set, one I hadn’t even looked at. He was so nice, quick and helpful. I know some may say, “well, that is how employers are supposed to be.” But we all know, this isn’t always the case. So Jacob should be commended and noticed for his hard work and attentiveness. Oxford Walmart, you have a great employee there. Jacob, you clearly care for your job and do a good job at it. Thank you!
I stopped by this location because I forgot an item at my house in Southern Maine. I found the parking lot free of clutter and recently paved. The store was clean with its shelves dust free and clean. I was asked if I needed assistance by an associate who was making eye contact and smiling as they acknowledged me. Today, I had a good experience shopping at this location!
Walmart is, as Walmart is. I go to the HUMAN Cashier EVERYTIME! I’ve had mostly good experiences, but sometimes Sale Items don’t ring up at the Proper Price( and they try to get the Original Price). Bad experiences with Vaccum Cleaners and Electronics that wouldn’t work… and they didn’t return them… and the big Manager is Anti Firearm and Military Toys for Kids( both things I collect and enjoy. Ammunition selection is poor at best. Food is good there. Parking Lot is often full on Holidays. Good Matchbox and Hotwheels selection, along with Plastic Model Kits.
