The food here is phenomenal and the burgers are absolutely unmatched. But that is when they don’t mess up the order or burn the chicken. My boyfriend and I eat here regularly but the past few months they have gotten our order wrong every single time. We ordered today and the cashier was super nice and seemed new. He and didn’t know to charge for an extra Wayback sauce (no big deal) BUT the cook in the back came up and said that to him while we were waiting on the machine AND SHE PROCEEDED TO NOT GIVE US ANY SAUCE. Every time we order we either don’t receive a drink for the kids meal, don’t get the sauce, they put cheese on the hamburger that we specifically select no cheese for, or the chicken is burnt. We placed our order at the kiosk. We were given the incorrect drinks at the beginning of the order. We received incorrect food. I wasn't sure if they got the wrong order. The waitress remained silent. She merely nods and appears unconcerned. This is not comforting. She places two milkshakes at counter Not informing anyone which is ours. I noticed two despite the fact that we only purchased one. So they sat there. After 30 minutes, she brings out our alleged proper order, which is once again incorrect. Instead of onion rings, opt for fries. So we simply inform her that we want our money back and leave. They make no apologies. The order was $50. The food at wayback is great, best burgers and milkshakes in Lockhaven. However, they turn over employee regularly, and have a poor training program which causes and problems during ordering/checkout. Further there is a manager/supervisor who is not very friendly to customers and embarrassingly rude to the staff. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
