After a long working week, you can taste great lemonade. Clients don't highly appreciate chicken nuggets at this fast food. Wendy's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Based on the visitors' opinions, prices are affordable. You will definitely appreciate the nice atmosphere. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

I ordered a classic bacon burger, unfortunately I didn't get it. I ended up with spicy hamburger and I can't eat spicy food, so I had to throw it away. The fries were old and cool. They didn't have change, so you had to pay with either a credit card or the correct currency. According to the employee at the drive-thru, they have not had any change for 2 days. The employee said she was yelled at by a customer who didn't have a credit card and only had a $20 bill. This is totally unacceptable. We went through the drive-in for our food. We decided to try the Fish sandwich. It was crispy because the crumbs were panko which made it very crispy. If you're not sensitive to the oil it was fried in, then it's rather tasty. Otherwise, the taste of the oil might put you off. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 3 Service: 5
Went thru the drive thru, and they forgot to put baked potato in our order. We called to let them know, and they said it was sitting on the counter waiting for us. We were to far away at that point, so they said we could come back the next day for refund. Went back the next day, and was told us they have a no refund policy, with no exceptions, and they could only replace the food that was missing. I said ok, just give me the baked potato, and they informed me they were out of them, but still no refund. Very rude, and acted as if it was my fault they didn't include the potato in my order. The manager even told me that they didn't even have the ability to provide a refund??? I contacted corporate customer care, and they said they would have the franchise reach out to me, which they never did. Service: 1
Where do I start? I stopped at the Wendy's drive thru in Dunnellon, FL. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich, plain, biggie bags. Luckily, I also ordered a jr cheeseburger, but just the sandwich. When I got home, I gave my 2 kids their biggie bags. Unfortunately, I guess someone thought "plain" meant bread only. One of the chicken sandwiches had no chicken on it. Just an empty bun. So, as a mom will do, I gave my little girl my cheeseburger. Called the manager. That was a joke. Offered to cook me a new chicken sandwich. No other compensation offered for the gas it takes to get there and back, or the time it takes. When I mentioned that, she said, well, I guess when you're in the area you can stop in. This location SUX. Always have something wrong with every order I get from them. They will never get another dime of my money!!! Food: 1 Service: 1

I came in as I was super hungry. I didn’t get the cashier/servers name but she was very kind, positive and very thoughtful. I was nervous but she reassured me and I ordered the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. She asked if I wanted it to be a biggie bag. Yes, please. And is it for to go or dine in? Dine-in please. She got my order very organized and reassured everything was on my tray. I was thanked with a wonderful day and meal. Foods great, location seemed a bit depressing and was mildly unclean. Usually look at how management can improve morale and help ensure the staff deliver a friendlier and more upbeat experience for the customers. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
