People are rude and there prices are sky high in Great bend I ordered a family chili 23.99 and same order in Dodge City Ks. 18.99 freaking a rip off never go to Great bend Ks. Wendy's. I came through the drive through today after I picked my kid up from school. For being a slow time of day I wasn't expecting the food to be all fresh but I was wrong. The food and service were excellent. I used my company card to pay for my meal and forgot to ask for a receipt. I live 1.5 hours away so called the next day and asked if they could look up the transaction from the night before and email it. The manager (Lance) stayed on the phone with me until he found my order and the email went through. He pretty easily could've told me I was out of luck and went on with his day. I appreciate his willingness to go the extra for a customer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food good. Tuesday employees stayed in the back, never acknowledging our presence at the register to order our food. They had the touch screen stations, but those were a joke. Plz stay alert and be ready to take orders. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
