Just ordered a double combo. Paid for a double combo- no cheese or catsup. These thieves gave me a single. And it appeared to be an already made up one that had been sitting around that they just scraped the cheese off of. I am updating this review for a few reasons. One- I was hangry when I wrote it. While I have had problems with my orders not being correct, it is probably not intentional. The counter help has never been anything but friendly at this store. The breakfast croissant would probably have been okay if it were actually on a croissant instead of this strange gummy square bun and wasn't ridiculously sweet (chicken/bacon).. major fail with the fake croissants. Sweet tea was absolutely disgusting, old, and undrinkable. One sip and dumped that out then got a fountain soda.. same. It was awful. 1 sip and into the garbage it went. I stood at the counter and waited for several minutes for someone to take me order. Four people were standing in a circle talking and one person preparing food. After several minutes of standing there without anyone helping me or even acknowledging me, I went to the kiosk to order…..I wanted to ask questions about the burger I was going to order. No such luck. I ordered the new pretzel Baconator-I’ve seen promotions and it looked good. I’m afraid the food was subpar also. The burger was kind of cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the burger and there was sauce dripping all of it. As far as the atmosphere goes, that was lacking as well. A majority of the tables were dirty. I ordered a sausage biscuit and an order of biscuit w gravy. It was definitely a step above fast food breakfast. It was almost Grandys level. Good job, Wendy's! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

It's a Wendy's, not much else to say. The service is usually pretty solid but they have their bad days too. I will admit that I've never been disappointed with the food at the New Boston Wendy's. Wendy's does however, have the best soft drink selection available in town. After spending thirty dollars on food and waiting fifteen minutes for a biggie bag, and two chicken nugget meals I get the food finally and what do you know it's cold!! Like what was the freaking wait for? Chicken, fries, burger all cold!! Pulled back through the drive thru and waited an additional ten minutes on fresh fries! Will not be returning to this location and the attitudes with the workers are terrible!! Extremely disappointed Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

I ordered off the app. Went in to get my order and a very nice young lady called me up and let me know that there Frosty machine was down and asked me if I would like a refund for the Shake or something in its place. I said I would take a refund.This is where it gets disappointing. She go's to her manager. He proceeds to yell at her in front of me that they don't do refunds and online orders and shames her in front of me. She came back and we agreed I would take a small chili instead of the shake which I was fine with her the young lady was great. At that point I made a comment of the manager that he really shouldn't talk to his employees that way. He could care less of what I thought that not apologized to me didn't care what I thought he proceeded to tell me that he'd worked there for 4 months and it was promoted the manager I said why was going to let Wendy's know about this and he said go ahead they won't do anything I'm untouchable. I will still be here and Wendy's won't do anything. He had absolutely no customer service and for the life of me don't understand how Wendy's would have someone like him with a bad attitude and probably should be doing something else not dealing with the public. NO customer service behind the counter. I gess time are hard for quality. I asked him his name he said he was name was Christian (Probley not his real name) he wouldn't give me his last name but this is for you. BE BETTER!! I love Wendy's, so this review hurts. Starting with the atmosphere/ service. Sharp tones spoken between the workers. Cashier clearly didn't want to be there, apparently the relief worker hadn't showed up yet. There was 3 orders being made, in which got things mixed up because they cleared the screen before actually finishing the orders. At the point where I was actually called forward to pickup my order, the wait was so extensive that it didn't even matter that the cheap burger was terrible, because I ordered a rather expensive chicken sandwich. To top off with an insult to injury, the fountain beverage I was getting ran out while I was filling my cup. I hate to complain and IF this was my first time being dissatisfied with this particular Wendy's, I wouldn't be posting this.
