I have went to this location twice now for pick up orders and both times they have been closed. Both of these times I had checked their hours on google and the app before placing my orders and both had said that they were open. Management needs to update their hours so people aren’t misinformed and so you aren’t able to place an order when they are closed. It goes without saying that these are some pretty basic management practices anyone should be able to understand. I will never do business here again. Service Take out

Pulled over just to write this. Just had a wonderful experience at New Bremen Wendy’s. Was asked if I would wait a few extra minutes for fresh food to be made, because they wanted to make sure it was what I was paying for. After waiting the few extra minutes, two employees, one a manager I believe, brought out my food, with a frosty on the house! Wished me a Merry Christmas, and thanked ME. Some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with lately. Hope you guys have a Merry Christmas as well! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
