Absolutely atrocious visit to this location on 12/26. We waited for 30 minutes to have our order taken, and another 25 minutes for our food. When the food was ready, it was missing an item and two of the burgers were not made correctly. We ordered two baconators and a wrap. The baconators had 1 patty and no bacon when we checked before leaving. We told the worker the order wasn’t right and they made the wrap and just slapped a single piece of bacon on both burgers. They might as well have been jr bacon cheeseburgers. We tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but the workers were unapologetic and unfriendly. I will NEVER eat at another Wendy’s again. Terrible customer service and they couldn’t get a single order correct. At least 4-5 other customers had problems with their orders. Can't thank this group enough. My truck broke down and after the tow truck came and picked the truck up they were happy to let us hang out in the dining area and give the kids a cookie to help pass the time. Food was old, dry, old French fry oil, hardened burger, bun tasted old, half the drinks not available, asked for fresh fries, got old stale oil fries, went back to counter and nobody there to assist. The cobb salad was on par it was great. The restaurant was extremely dirty. The soda machine was so sticky it barely worked. And the service is about what you would expect. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I didn't even want to rate it 1 star but no option for zero stars.. Asked to pull into spot 1 and they would bring our food right out.. 4 cars order and pull out. I had to get out to in and get my food. Get back out to my car and wrong food.. go back in to get what I thought would be the correct food this time and I was wrong... Completely wrong order again.. I am pretty sure you could not find worse customer service if you tried, my husband asked for a shake was corrected, so we left without a frosty or a shake, no eye contact or appreciation, we won't be back, and no receipt or offer. The hamburger was warm/cold and dried out. You can tell it may have been sitting on the side of the grill. I took it back, and Manger argued with me because I refused to take it and want another fresh sandwich. Several other customers are in line, looking at her while she is not conducting herself as a manager, being very argumentative. She needs more training. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Terrible. We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with absolutely no communication from any employee. We finally asked repeatedly for service and were told "just a minute". We waited several more minutes then pulled away only to see a heavy set bearded young man standing in the window talking to another employee. Seriously, do your job people. Close this place down and bring in a Culver's !!!!

Asked to pull forward at drive thru. Completely forgot about two cars were served before I got my food which I had to walk in for. The sausage sandwich was cold and had more mayo than sausage and the two employees working with actively fighting with another. Food safety issues too, putting gloves on taking payment and then using those same gloves to touch food. Never going back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every single order is wrong thru drive thru. Every time. Pay attention. Last order, burgers and bacon was BURNED TO A CRISP. YOU CANT SERVE THIS TO PEOPLE. What's the deal Wendy's? Yor franchises are failing miserably. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
