This fast food is proud of good breakfast sandwiches and tasty salads. Visitors don't like lemonade at Wendy's. Most guests mark that the staff is terrific at this place. I waited in drive thru behind 2 cars waiting to place their order for 9 minutes. Then I decided to go inside, where the disinterested employees ignore me standing there. Staff was not friendly at all very rude even down to the manager unfortunately. Got chicken nuggets for me and my 2 yr old, they taste and smelt like they were drenched in chemicals then fried, darker in color than normal. They were not edible!!!! I ordered several items at the drive thru and one of the workers was eating nuggets at the front window. The burgers were really cold. Someone slapped them on the grill to take the pink off of them & that was it. The manager was mad because I said, something about them. She was extremely rude and had trouble giving me the right amount of money back when I returned the items. No one from Wendy's has gotten back with me regarding the horrible way that we were treated. The cashier was so nice! I asked her opinion about the pumpkin spice frosty. She told me that it's great! I like pumpkin spice flavor for other types of things and absolutely trusted her thoughts aboutthepumpkin spice frosty, but the chocolate one was calling my name.
