Recent visits Feb March burgers and chicken sandwiches wear dry old luke warm. Went because of deals on app. If you can't do it right how can you think people will keep coming back? You just had a 5 year sales slump now with good mgrs. back staff ley quality drop again as customers give you another chance by spending money with you again. Proper hold times and quality checks to ensure you are not serving OLD FOOD please. SERVICE AND FOOD ARE WAY BETTER NOW. Mgr. Sheila is back YAY! service is up, quality up, cleanliness is going up up. So glad. Had great visit today staff were all great. I had stayed away for about 5 years because low quality food and service dirty store after staff changed back then. It's hard to get good customer service these days. Our cashier was so sweet, she even walked over to our table to let us know the reason why we were waiting for our food. Wendys for the past years have been a hit or miss. Sometimes the service has been really slow and aggravating. This past visit was a dream. The service was quick friendly and food was perfect. I was waiting to be woke up, for surely this is not Wendy's. Whatever is happening, let it continue, just so long everything is run well and staff are treated kindly. Go Wendys Go!
