Curbside is frustrating. Multiple times experience is poor. Stopped using curbside because of issues. Provided internal feedback and comments on Whataburger app to no improvement. Used curbside again today for lunch after not using for a long time. Still the same issues with service in a timely manner. Arrived 8 minutes after order (app said ready in 6-8 minutes). Checked in and the only car in curbside. 11 minutes after checkin and four cars arrive and received their food while I’m waiting in curbside. Whataburger team member comes over and asks my name on order. Immediately comes out and apologizes and provides a free cookie knowing and stating that order was waiting there for sometime and overlooked. Okay, things happen. However, this has happened 75% of the time for curbside. Reason I stopped using curbside and going directly to drive thru. The sandwiches were cold. I asked for new hamburgers and fries that were hot and fresh. Team member comes out and says they were waiting on buns and apologized for the mishap and provided a free cookie. Burgers were not remade fresh. After 18 minutes after checking in and receiving food went home with order. Burgers were cold. Don’t do curbside here. Use drive thru or counter. Curbside service is unacceptable after multiple times providing comments and feedback to improve. I’m actually not going to Whataburger ever again. Just fix the issue for other future customers. Food is what it is, fast food, all though the "fast" part of that phrase is not appropriate. Like everyone has said the wait at this location is ridiculous. However, the employees are why I keep going. They are so fun first thing in the morning, except "scary girl" who scared me. (Part my fault for not paying attention). We both had a good laugh, but seriously they make my morning a bit easier when I get there to order and they know who I am and know what I order. It's personable, fun, and makes me smile. I gave it a 2 star on service because of the wait time. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Just love how you guys decided to take all the front of the store parking lot up with curbside parking when this pic was taken during lunch hour(busy time) and there are zero curbside customers here. Makes customers feel unwelcome and feel like you don’t want customers dining In but who am I to know anything since I frequent this location 8-10 times a week

This is the worst local I have ever visited, too many employees doing nothing and it takes around 20 minutes to bring you what you ordered. I don't even want to imagine how long it will take when it's full. Awful!!

This is a great Whataburger! We’ve had a good experience every time. This latest visit we had a super complicated order and they got it right! The creamy pepper sauce is legit awesome. The spicy chicken sandwich is good and is actually a little spicy, it catches up with you. Know that you can add several toppings for free like lettuce and tomato and Mayo, etc. I would recommend the Patty Melt. So good.
