Worst drive Through experience I've ever had got my order wrong twice. I ordered 5 piece mozzarella sticks. Loaded Fry and a sack of Siracha shrimp nibblers,I was looking at the recipt and it was For a loaded fry , a sack of Saracha shrimp nibblers , and a sack of regular shrimp nibblers I got the attendant's attention and informed them about the error. But said that I can just keep the order as it is. Just make sure both sacks of shrimp nibblers are the Saracha When I got to my back to work from my break, I checked the bag and one was was serratcha and One was regular shrimp Nibblers with no suace to dip them in, and i waited until I got off work and try to get the order corrected. They let me know that since only one item Was wrong, they could only replace that item. Leaving me with 4 hour old food. I called customer service. And they let me know that I could just have the whole order refunded which the store did not inform me that i had that option. So I told them to keep the food and I'd like a refund all while the staff gave me an attitude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been going to this WC for years. When I left I said to myself I will never be back. The dining room was very dirty. I had to clean my own table. The soda machine was dirty and out of soda, only had ice. The food was ok but the fries were cold. I used to love White Castle but I should have gone to Chick Fila, across the street. I went to the drive thru at 02/14/2024 and was met with completely rude employee, it was a male and we asked for the number 7 and literally like 10 seconds later I said “hello” politely and the employee had a complete attitude and was talking to me as if I’m a child or I cannot hear correctly. I felt so embarrassed and terrible, I ended up just leaving and going to 5 Guys across the street. This comes after I came here late at night after a long shift and tried to get food, the lady at the drive thru got my order wrong and when I tried to tell her that it wasn’t my order, it was like I’m almost her enemy, she started throwing her hands up and saying “well you should’ve been more clear and told me before you accepted the food.” I asked for the manager because I felt like it wasn’t my fault and I asked for my order clearly and here comes out another order that wasn’t meant for me.. so now she tells me their isn’t a manager their because it’s late at night and the more we talked.. the more I was treated like a child that just got caught stealing. They aren’t kid friendly so don’t bring your family. I don’t recommend this place at all for anyone with kids or families or couples.. anyone in general. You will be met with hostile behavior and attitudes. You will feel so embarrassed like I have.. one of these days they will run into the wrong person. I will try and submit this complaint to some higher level of White Castle management.. I love White Castle. I live 2 minutes down the street from it. I would love to eat it a lot but compared to all of the restaurants here in knollwood/Hopkins they have the WORST customer service. You gotta go to White Castle at least once a year to get your fix. Expect a WC hangover after your meal but it's expected! I love this place. I usually get the number 1 which is 4 sliders, a fry and a drink. Please never change a thing! See you next year White Castle! What can I say, I'm a glutton for a sack of sliders.. its my Achilles heel.. I just wish there were more white castles around! I usually am only able to go once every few months but it is definitely a treat!

I have no complaints. The wife wife and I stopped stopped for a quick bite. We had a b1g1. We always get our fries with no salt. Other places hear hear drop fries in grease and serve them albino white which we hate. The cook here was awesome the fries were perfect. A very nice golden brown and piping hot. My burgers were hot and steamy and my wife’s chicken sliders were just right! We honestly were expecting okay and were blown away. Only thing I’d change is all the signs from management that the customers can see from the drive thru that are meant for the employees. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5

My husband and I asked for no salt on our fries and not only that but they were hot and crispy. Our orders were separated which was nice. The customer service would benefit from some pep and enthusiasm but not a bad experience. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 2

Why the service through the drive thru was a tad slow, staff was very friendly and the food was fresh and hot. I tried the new cheese ring. Not bad but not as good as the onion chips. The fish nibblers are still my favorite. I just wish the tarter sauce didn't come in packets. A dunk cup would be so much easier!! Love my original sliders!! Always a fun treat as a kid, brings back memories. The cheese rings were tasty. I finally got to go with my Mom, I moved away, and back..cravings Loved the meal deal 4, with fries 🍟 and a drink.🥤 Like $ 7.99 or $ 1.11 with cheese. I want a crave case for home lol.
