This location always serves up the perfect signature White Castle sliders----complete with melty cheese that oozes over onto the little paper box they come in. Also excellent customer service ( always courteous and a smile) via the drive- thru window. Who does that?! Luv this location❤️☺️ Meal type Lunch
For a quick cheap burger, I cannot complain. The only real criticism is to salt the fries. Burgers are exactly what you'd expect! Also, props to the servers, since it took them a little longer to serve us since the drive thru was busy, they gave an extra slider and free upgrade to our fries! You pre order so you don't have to wait. Don't matter here. They don't care. They will wait till you go throw the drive through to make your order. Even if it's already been paid for. Not a very good first experience here. Went with a friend who decided to drive an hour out of Ohio for me to experience a "crave case"?! There are no White Castles in Canada. Anyway, we didn't get our food ordered through drive thru. We weren't told there was a half hour wait but was asked to wait in the disability parking spot #1 (which was already occupied). I went in to use the restroom and possibly order these cheese rings which were new. Not one of the 3 people serving and making the food looked up to even acknowledge I was there. I waited about 10 minutes then called my friend who just told me to come back into the car. Half hour later we were starting to question whether the last parked in spot #1 got our order but she got out of her car because I think she didn't receive her order as well. An hour later we still did not receive our order. The young lady ahead of us received a free drink and her food but asked for her fries to be redone because they were cold and soggy. My friend was quite upset and ask for compensation. She received a lot of attitude and I was quite uncomfortable. Never did I expect an establishment with so many fast food joints to be so rude. I feel like when you work there are certain customer service etiques you must follow and if it gets escalated you should have a person who is better trained to deal with your irritated customers who have been waiting over an hour for their meal. If not, at least let them know the current process so they can decide whether or not they would like to purchase an order. If it is going to be long, they should be notified through drive-thru or when ordering. I'm quite disappointed that not one person said " hello, we're just a little busy and will be with you in a minute" or even look up at me when I was standing at the counter. Something should be said about this new generation who works but don't know how to handle customers who are waiting right in front of them. I can't give a rating for the food but the experience was absolutely horrible. I hope all the other chain locations are not as rude and inconsiderate. I also think that head office should know that two other customers who are waiting in line left without ordering because of how poor the customer service was. I too think they were uncomfortable with the confrontation happening in the store. Absolutely not a good experience that I will definitely share when I cross the border home. Update: The manager called me to apologize. She said it is unusual for it to be so busy and therefore the staff were doing the best they could. I just reiterated that I felt that customer service needed to be improved on. At least they called back to acknowledge my concerns. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Had not been to WC in years! But it was the only place open after the New years eve party ended. I was surprised the food was good. No complaints and the staff was very friendly. Update: 1/5/24 - What a JOKE! Never got my refund!! CEO sent me a letter in the mail with a whole $10 gift card.... SERIOUSLY!?! Never going to ANY White Castle again, what a joke of a company, $38 went to them and they give me a $10 gift card back, and I got no food, and threated to have the police called on me to escort me out because I wanted some decent customer service... SMH... Beware. Also Manager or person on the phone who said it was THEIR store was a liar. Was told by White Castle they're corporate owned, not a franchise and that person would be spoken to. Original Review..... Waited over an hour for food only to get no refund and no food. Had to call owner of the white castle and they refused to do both. Asked for even a partial refund refused. Said they were short staffed with 5 employees at the restaurant, no one decided to tell anyone in the drive thru that there was a wait. Rude management rude owner. Don't go here ....Owner tried to tell me that $38 worth of food was too much to give to someone....hahaha what?!? After waiting in total an hour or more and refused to do what any other restaurant would do, which is compensation for waiting so long with no notification, and given the food. Which I also told the manager and the owner that if it was told to me when I ordered they were behind and it would be a 30+ min wait that would have given me the option that was never given, no one ever came out to tell us. Owner also told me that that was not their job?!?! Manager and owner refused to give me their names. Corporate will be contacted!!! Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love White Castle so much! So take this review with a grain of salt. I have never been disappointed with their food or service. This particular location was wonderful. It was a full service location in that they had menu items that I had no idea White Castle was selling. All the White castles around where I live have been closed unfortunately and we were on a mini road trip and I had a chance to stop in and get my sliders :-) White Castle is an American classic that started it all in the hamburger game. We went through drive through and staff was working hard to get orders made fast. The cheese sack 10 pack is a great value with 3 different choices of cheese. The food was amazing but the person who took our order never asked what we wanted to drink with our combos so we got to the window to pay and he had made us both cokes my husband asked him why he assumed we wanted coke and he said I don't know so my husband explained to him that he was dietetic and couldn't drink that and the guy said so you don't want a drink? My husband was so aggravated at that point he said nevermind just keep the drinks because I can't have coke and apparently you are not serving anything other drink so the guy gave us our food and said ok have a good day
