Cranberry Bourbon Meatballs
Great place for a home cooked meal! The food was amazing, the portions were very generous and the staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the shrimp and grits as well as the seafood gumbo, and they looked so good that I almost forgot to snap a photo before I dug in. My kids had the mac n cheese meal and the chicken tenders meal and loved them. I tried one of the specialty drinks which tasted like sparkling peaches and cream it was so good I ordered another. I got a side of cornbread and bourbon meatballs, which were also amazing. I'm definitely adding this place to my list of favorites. Thank you for the great experience.

I can’t think of any place in the area that has so many positives. The food is succulent. Great variety of choices for the entire family. The owners are some of the nicest people you can hope to meet. Do yourself a favor and eat here.

Peach Cobbler
My wife placed a takeout order for dinner last week and it was pretty good. She got the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. It was good. I got the boneless fried chicken meal with dirty rice and baked mac and cheese. The chicken had great flavor and so did the mac and cheese. The rice though was not great and lacked seasoning. We also ordered a side of cabbage and coleslaw. The cabbage was great and the coleslaw was pretty good as well. I was hoping they had collard greens but they sadly did not. Service was also slow my wife ended up waiting 25 mins past quoted time. Final thoughts are I will return to try other dishes like shrimp with grits and avoid the rice and make sure Im not crunched for time.

Went to try this place. Waited over an hour to get our food. Appetizers came out after our dinner. Waitress was nice though rarely came to check on us. We were gonna try a dessert though didn't want to wait another hour. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Asked the woman why it took so long and she said there was only 1 cook. Food was good though when we finally got it. I believe it's a new place so hopefully they get the kinks out we will try it again in a couple months.

Seafood Gumbo
We were really excited to try a new place to eat in town. It was a terrible experience. We were sat and there were about 4 other tables. Our waitress was originally very quick to come over, took our drink orders and then continuously avoided our table when coming around the check on everyone. She finally brought our drinks after waiting 30 mins, and did not acknowledge the wait for drinks. We asked for an update about our order about 20 mins after getting our drink, and the owner stated she would go check and then did not return for an update or anything for about 15 min. We never tried the food, because we had to leave, as it was getting late and there was never any update on when we would get our food. We ordered two sandwiches, and waited over an hour without any update. It was very disappointing.

Was there a few weeks ago. ONE waitress which was odd, but she seemed to keep up ok. Food took quite a while but I suppose it's all made to order. The disappointing part? It was COLD in there! Turn the heat up please!
