A few weeks ago I made a door dash order here after my wife had just delivered our baby and when I got to the location, I got out and let them know. Somehow the order was never entered and myself and my 2 sons waited 30 minutes before a manager approached us to remind them the name of the order again. For our long wait, the manager gave us 2 coupons. One for a free combo, one for a free pickle chips. Today I went to redeem the combo for a quiet lunch of reading alone. A manager brought my food to the table and as she is placing the food on the table, she proceeds to question me where I got this coupon from. The crazy thing is, the manager that gave it to me was working today and saw me. They said it was for documentation purposes on why they questioned me about the coupon but it’s weird because they have the managers signature at the bottom of it. This was frustrating considering I never asked for anything free. They made me feel guilty for using a coupon that they gave me. I left immediately because how awkward it was to feel unwanted. This Express location is worth a visit. The food is cooked quickly and the staff is courteous and friendly. I would reccomend this for a quick lunch or easy dinner for the family. The wings and tenders are some of the best around especially when dipped in the spicy barbecue sauce. I was also surprised by the level of courtesy shown by Management who are an absolute asset to the location. Hands down the best wings I’ve ever had. The flavors are fine, but the way they’re cooked/prepared is incredible. I was elated to find that there is a location near where I’ve just moved to, and I’ll be eating here as often as I can manage. Really good cheese fries and onion rings too, plus the bleu cheese is made in-house and it’s reaaaally delicious. Wonderful experience and service! My boyfriend and I was taken care of by a bald tall older gentleman and he was so helpful! I wish we would've gotten his name but he was so nice at explaining everything to us, and even gave us a sample of Mac and Cheese to try since we were a little skeptical, but it was great and we purchased one before leaving! Food was fresh and delicious, price was great for what we purchased and the amount received. We will be back soon. :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wings n more is always good and this one was no exception. When during the ice storm as weary travelers looking to fuel up and brave the roads again. The heat had gone out inside but the staff was still upbeat and friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Would recommend this place. I have got to say, this Wings 'N More is the closest in service & taste that I've found comparable to those in Aggieland. The young lady that took my order & money was great, even though I was indecisive with my order & my card didn't want to scan. She was great & the guy working with her was on top of my order. My only criticism would be that there are small portions, compared to my memory of my orders in the past.
