Food was great, service was awful. Servers name was Chris, white guy, black hair. He disappeared for a while and we had to wait too long on refills, by the time he came back we had 5 cups that needed refills, and it took a while to get our food. Don't know if that was his issue or the kitchens issue. Also the way he talked to us was rude, unfriendly, he seemed irritable and intimidating when we asked questions. Like our question was about birthday desert he was rude, and aggressive telling us repeatedly WE DONT DO THAT HERE, i couldnt even finish my sentence without him interrupting me to say we dont do that here for the 3rd time, we tried to explain that we were there just 2 weeks prior and had it done, he came back and tried to intimidate us into telling him who the server was. We steadily kept telling him never mind don't worry about it but he just wouldn't drop the issue until I got stern with him. Like I get it you don't do it... but let me finish asking before interrupting me, let me finish telling you what I wanna say before cutting me off. I 10000% do not recommend this server. The food was good, as usual. We come here often and this was our 1st bad experience. Bc of this server I feel like the atmosphere was a 1 star bc the bitter attitude he had ruined my mood for the night. I cannot stand bitter, grumpy ppl, I should have asked for a manager and just put him in his place right then and there but I don't like confrontation and I feel like at the moment I would have said much meaner things. So hopefully a manager will see this and address the servers bitter, grumpy, intimidating, awful attitude so thos doesn't happen again. This Gulfport location is great. The food is great. I've been there twice and each time Savannah was my server. So sweet and professional. Lindsey the general manager always has a smile on her face and is willing to help out wherever she is needed. That is what you call a boss. I still give it a five. The only problem I had here was I ordered some nachos and I didn't want anything on it but beef and chips. I heard this upset the cook that the order was different from what was on the menu. When I received my order, there was barely any beef on the chips. I had a plate full of chips mostly. Even though this happened, I still love coming here. I'll just not change my order next time. Food Great all Around. Burgers, Bombs, Ribeye, Hushpuppies were homemade and Great, Seafood Nachos & sides were great. THANK YOU Kaylee for Amzing 1st Experience!! Great Family Friday night. Atmosphere was busy & a little loud but during to sports going on at Bar. Over all 5 Stars!!! Priceses are reasonably for a family on a budget. Loved it. I come from Austin Tx, and we have some of the best burgers in the country . This is still one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Definitely the best burgers on the coast. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
