The food is pretty good. I love that they have Eggnog lattes!! Literally the only drive thru coffee shop that has it. Thanks for keeping one of my favorite lattes around the holidays! My son also loves the shark bite drink 😊

We used to really like this location and began frequenting it instead of Starbucks down the road but today’s service was objectively awful in so many ways that this was probably the last time we’ll stop in for a long time. It’s basic things — a watered down latte, cups that are **overflowing** and filled to the brim to the point of spilling when you take the lid off and employees who just don’t seem to care about your specific request. We love supporting local but only if that means the consistency is there. I’ll take a massive corporate chain with well trained employees who have a solid work ethic and take pride in their work over young adults who can’t be bothered.

Stopped in today as my son was rehearsing for an upcoming Christmas play nearby and grabbed an Americano. Perfect spot to hang out for a couple hours, friendly staff as well as friendly patrons. Met another customer who talked me into trying the Beast Blender! Got it for my son and he kept saying, OMG, this is soooo good! Will come back!

I do not know how to express the atmosphere here except that the staff is just so unhappy. The glares I received when I ordered and the distain for their profession were so prevalent. I am not mad, just curious to know why they offered such negativity. It was not busy, it was not raining, and it not early early (‘bout 8am).. coffee was okay, nothing special. I requested a pretty standard cup of coffee.
As a customer I am not asking for “over-the-top” customer service, just basics morning cordialness.

We went there on Sunday 9/10 around 9:45 a.m. We normally stop at 104th but they’ve been out of gluten free items for a couple of days for my buddy that has a gluten allergy. It was a bad experience.
The amount of times that I was asked “Is that all” or “are you going to order any drinks at some point” was annoying.
We got to the window and the amount of times that an eye roll occurred or a sigh occurred during the interaction can’t be counted in one hand.
They also forgot our cheese danish, so when we got it the danish was cold. Usually they’re warmed up.
We called and asked for the name of the employee to mention them here, but the person that answered refused to give their, or the other persons name. Privacy concerns, I get it, but we relayed that we were going to review this interaction and it was still not given. None of them had name tags. The lady had brown hair and was working the drive thru.
Other than that, drinks were pretty good.

I’ve only used the drive thru at this location a couple times but am already impressed with the staff. The coffee is always good (haven’t had any food items yet) and everyone I’ve interacted with is super nice. They even honored a very old punchcard I had from a different city! I got to a free drink on the card but had to move before I could redeem it and they let me use it even though they don’t do punchcards anymore. Will keep going back here for sure!

First time here and was pleasantly surprised! Spacious, clean, and inviting interior…We were welcomed immediately upon entering and there are a ton of fun drink options. Lots of outlets and seating if you need a great place to work for a couple of hours. We will be back!

Super friendly staff, and the turtle mocha they recommended was incredible. So good, perfect temperature. They also have drive thru which is so needed in this area. This might be my new go to.
They also have a little kids section to entertain toddlers!
