By far my favorite tea shop to go to!! The owner is so so sweet & remembers my drink order every Friday when I go in. 10/10 love this place!!

Great shake and nice setup inside. There’s a huge selection of things to choose from. I would only recommend they get better advertising/signs out front that grab your attention. I actually went to the place next to them because their signs caught my attention. Once I noticed it was more of a grocery store I went into 228 Nutrition not realizing they sold shakes/teas (I didn’t read the sign that close) haha. But it’s awesome I hope they continue to do well.

Lady behind the counter wasn't friendly, she didn't acknowledge me, she was playing on her phone. This was my first time there. Another employee came in, waited on me immediately. She was very friendly.

Great people and amazing healthy smoothies. The special teas have been great for my daughter during work, with protien and energy. Nice to have quality drinks , and it’s nice visiting with the owners!

Convenient location, and hours. Awesome staff and great selections. Can't go wrong here for some great teas and shakes. Keto friendly too.
