Whether it's Monday, Wednesday or even CATurday, I feel like 3Catea can hit the spot in terms of boba cravings. Their offerings are as varied as they are interesting. Their efficiency, even with the barrage of orders they were getting from all of the customers, on a Tuesday night, no less, is something to be commended. I also love the running theme of the three cats, that can be seen in all sorts of decor and trinkets throughout the whole shop. They also have tea-less options (milk based) that still have the feeling and replicate the flavor of a boba milk tea. Highly-recommended spot!

We went there Saturday afternoon and it was super busy. I’ve never seem these many people in a boba store. It took a while to get our drinks too.
They do have some tables to sit.
They do have great varieties on fruit base drinks. Not much milk tea options.
We had avocado mango drink and fruit melody (jasmine tea with fruits), both of them were really great.
Avocado mango drink was like a milkshake, it was nice and thick. Mango chunk was really delicious. It was very smooth and smashed perfectly (like a well ripe mango, just before overripe).
Fruit melody was tasty too, very refreshing. I wish they chop some fruit though (strawberry, for example) so I could eat the chunk.

Update: Avomango is still the best. I recently try Barley mochi drink, it’s seasonal drink but I hope it becomes permanent as the drink, the boba and the mochi are all very well blended. My husband likes their Yam Ube tea. My top 3 are probably Avomango, barley and the Yam ones.

Avomango is the best drink here imo, very good blend and balance of everything. I also add avocado foam it’s super yummy.
My husband order bamboo drink and it’s such a fail, it tastes so weird with overwhelming artificial flavor.
No service or whatsoever.There are 2 machines for you to order from.

Grand open! Love Ceylon Latte. I can easily finish one within 10s! Tasted so good! The store is well decorated. Wifi included. Parking is in the back (limited space). The avocado smoothie is just alright.

I recently had an experience at this milk tea store that I feel I must share. While I want to make clear that the quality of the drink I ordered was undoubtedly excellent, I was extremely disappointed with the service and overall experience. However, I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes. Waiting for 40 minutes for a milk tea, no matter how good it may taste, was an ordeal I wasn't prepared for, and I think it’s reasonable to expect accurate time estimates for order readiness.
I would like to acknowledge that the milk tea, when I finally received it, was quite good. The flavor and consistency were spot on, and I was happy with the product itself. However, this does not fully compensate for the long, unexpected waiting period that soured the overall experience.
I would urge the management to work on their time management and communication skills. Providing customers with more accurate waiting times, or at least updating them if there are delays, is crucial to ensure a positive customer experience. It's about respect for the customer's time as much as it's about serving a quality product.

the drinks are really good but they keep messing up my order, I ordered twice without whipped cream and they always keep the whipped cream. I ordered half sugar and they gave me full sugar. The mistakes keep happening so there must be something wrong with their management.

The food was OK but the staff was very nice and my presence seemed to affect them. They were gossiping. In the first sentence of the ordering conversation, the customer service was concerned about the cash or card transaction and did not even smile. After not getting the cash transaction she had expected, the customer service impatiently let me do the ordering on the machine The bathrooms are terrible and only one parking space is a disaster. Nearby beverage shops of the same quality and price are not few and will not return
