I adore the cuisine at this place, but I was disappointed this time as the chef overlooked adding sun-dried tomatoes to my order of Tuscan Chicken, which adds a special touch to this dish. The ambiance is lovely, but the staff should enhance their service efficiency when attending to customers. While they are friendly and attentive, there is room for improvement. The food at this restaurant definitely needs improvement. I ordered the Pad Thai, and it was overly moist, sticky, and excessively sweet. Additionally, the prices are quite high for the quality of food served. On a positive note, the ambiance of the place is comfortable. 4 sisters place is a cosy restaurant suitable for family or friends meet up. As the name of the place is 4 sisters so we were expecting to see at least one of the sisters (🤭😬) but we were served by men only. The highlight of the menu was the Russian Beef Stroganoff priced at RM45. All of us unanimously agreed that it was delicious. It was beef and mushroom cooked with black pepper served on a bed of fluffy mashed potatoes. The beef was tender and the taste was well balanced. Alfredo streaky beef fettucini was too dry to our liking so it was 50-50. Mi goreng mamak was ok but is missing something that somehow makes it not 'mamak' enough. Cream of mushroom soup was nice eaten with the garlic bread but too sourish if eaten on its own only. For the drinks, cucumber cooler is a must try. It is refreshing, an instant mood changer. The blue lemonade looks very pretty but the taste does not meet our expectation. Overall we are quite satisfied and would be trying other menu if we happened to be in Muar again. I went here for my friends farewell dinner. I make a preorder and reservation to ensure everything is perfect! Alhamdulillah all went well. The service were tip top and the foods delicious plus big portion suit with the price. I really love the cafe vibes, the interior design inside is so beautiful, clean, insta-worthy and cozy! Highly recommended for healling after works, friend reunion or family gathering. I will come again to try another menu and hope they can add in snacks, dessert or cakes in the future. Hopefully 4 Sister Place will have prayer room available for customer in the future.For a new cafe in Muar, I’ll give 5 stars and I’m a satisfied customer!
