They refused to give us 8 cups of water. “That too much”. We have 7 kids and ordered $50 worth of food. They also refused to honor my son’s AW coin which he had been saving for many years. We won’t be back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service every time I come through here. Drinks are never full, and their ice cream is the same. Will not be returning Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Walked 45 minutes from campus for their lobby to be closed. I came at 6:30pm. You’d think they’d have their lobby open for college students.

Went to get a drink and there was no ice. REALLY!!!! I then asked her if they had ice she replied yes that she had to wait for someone to bring ice up. I know first hand when you start a shift you need to always make sure everything is stocked. Not getting ice in your drink is not cool, you shouldn't have to ask for ice. Owners/Managers you really need to train your people.

We wanted root beer floats. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, we're trapped in the drive through, only to find out their ice cream machine was down. I feel there should have been a GIANT sign notifying folks there was NO ICE CREAM at an A&W!!!! I feel swindled by the owner.

Edit: after waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes, they didn't advertise they were out of the A&W Rootbeer on the board. The lobby here is still closed, most the time the ice cream machine is down (2 of the last 3 visits), and the drive-thru is incredibly slow. The owner should sit in the parking lot for just an hour and watch how much business they're losing.

This particular restaurant in itself is A&W and KFC. It worked out perfectly to have both in one, because we had two kids in the and if you have been in this situation, you know what I mean. After everyone finally figured out what they wanted (the kids), and we ordered, the food was in the car and we were on our way pretty quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. We got home, the kids ate, they were quite, I was full and happy......it was a good night. Thank you A&W!!!

Good food, nice employees. Forgot our drink, then lied saying she already gave it. Simple mistake. Bathrooms are weird, because it's got a sanitary hook, but you still have to open the handle to release the latch?? The customers waiting time is a bit long, and we all awkwardly stare at eachother. And holly cow only had to go back to the counter 5 times. Oh and our order was wrong.

We used the drive thru for 3 meals. They did not provide or ask if we needed utensils or condiments. It should be obvious you need a fork for coleslaw. They put the wrong wrapper on the burgers and put the napkins on top of the cold greasy fries which ruined the napkin's. The root beer was warm.
