Such a let down!! I was raving about the chicken strips to my friends… this is what I received. Definitely NOT worth $8! We even waited for them. Better off going to Kwik Trip. Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3

I went after they closed because I didn’t notice the closed sign . The employee took my order and didn’t show anything but kindness. I soon found out they were closed and I felt terrible but the employee was absolutely wonderful. It made my night after a long day and I’ll definitely be back. When I approached the counter a employee approached me quick enough but stuffing a couple French fries in his mouth. I quickly realized he was new and blew it off. Until I went to your fountain drink/condiments area. Absolutely filthy & unstocked. Even the beverage lid dispensers were disgusting. I'm no "Karen" but I couldn't let this go. You're lucky to have a full staff. They could use some solid traing. Enjoyed our burgers. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not only was the food fabulous (as usual), but Mark at this location went ABOVE AND BEYOND for a super specific request I had regarding a receipt for an order from about six weeks ago. It was so appreciated and he was extremely helpful and friendly! Food: 5 Service: 5

We stopped here on our way back to Chicago. The food was great, as usual but the best part was a kid named Kyle. We had our two pugs with us and they were excited when we got to the window. I guess Kyle noticed because he brought 2 dog treats out for our dogs. Thanks Kyle. Awesome guys and an even better look for the company. Trash system. Edit: the problem is not the staff. The problem is the lack of staffing by the owner. There was one woman running to make food and serve it as quickly as possible. There was no one to take your order (by design), only a screen that was near impossible to navigate quickly. The owner did not pass on the savings in staffing to the customer. The combos were all over $10-14 for standard fast food. On top of that, I waited more than 25 minutes after I ordered to receive my food because of the lack of staff. The whole system was as bad as any that I can remember. Service Take out

New management has taken the friendliness and personableness of the two restaurants down quite a bit. Used to be a place you could come in see a smile have a conversation now very much different. I'm sure the personality works well for keeping things running smoothly but that doesn't matter if you don't make customers want to return.
