A&W Restaurant is pretty near America's Presidency - A museum and gallery. Tasty cheeseburgers, onion strings and cheeseburger with bacon are among the dishes to be tried at this fast food. You will hardly forget good root beer or delicious draft beer that you can taste. According to the guests' opinions, waiters offer great root beer float. The well-trained staff reflects the style and character of A&W Restaurant. Spectacular service is something visitors appreciate here. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

It's a fast food restaurant although with the A&W theme. Food is really good, the root beer is fresh, claimed to be done in the restaurant and it really taste different from the can one, much more tasty, burgers are really big and the shakes are tremendous. It's a fast service and conveniently located inside Tanger outlet mall. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This place was busy on a Saturday. Food was good and service was fast. I could tell the crew wasn't very happy. No smiles on any faces that worked there. Would recommend though! I enjoyed this place! The draft root beer was so good and refreshing after a hot day of shopping!!! I had the corn dog nuggets and fries and it was all so good that we went back the next day and I had it again!!! The employees are nice and get your food out quickly, the dining area is kept clean, and it’s overall a great place to eat while shopping!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a single meal with fries and after a 30 minute wait they called our number and someone had stolen our food. They did not immediately reimburse us and not only that, but told us it'd be another 40 mins till we could get food. Manager refused to talk to us, and we had to go through a regular worker to get a refund. Would not recommend to ever go here. Burger was disgusting with 2 quarter pieces of raw looking uncooked bacon on it. Didn't complain though. Fries and floats were good though. Won't return after seeing that bacon. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

If you go to this Tanger Mall, make sure to eat beforehand and don't settle for this A&W location. The prices are ridiculously high. $3.29 for a two bite size sandwich. The polar swirl is $5.49 for a regular which is barely a small at most fast food restaurants. And they wouldn't give a cup for water despite spending almost $26 for the two of us. Ridiculous. Don't go here.

My son chose A&W as the place he wanted to spend his 21st birthday. We arrived at 6:30 pm. The ice cream machines had already been shut down, eliminating his root beer float. So we bought a frosted glass mug. We were then told due to sanitary reasons, it could not be filled. So, that eliminated his root beer!! I then asked to pay with a visa, I had the information on screen shot. She declined that, saying she didn't have the capabilities to use it. Very poor birthday experience period, let alone 21. The root beer is darn good. Everything else is a hot mess. Might as well go to McDonalds if you’re looking for American fast food.
