Shame on you Acme for employing a worker like Zach, in my life I have never received more shocking service than this, as a business owner myself I know and require my technicians to always be tolerant and to explain to customers even 500 times with should and sure and sure not to laugh at people's difficulty with the language and sure and sure not to say offensive statements and I quote, I'm not going to explain it to you all night, so either you fire this guy or I'll do my shopping elsewhere, I demand that a senior manager get back to me as soon as possible with an answer as to what he intends to do about it

Came here yesterday and this is a very nice Acme with a very good selection of products. Store was very neat and clean and shelves for the most part were fully stocked. The only thing I would say is that some things were very hard to find but other than that a good store none the less In a very nice area and I would definitely come back again in the future.

No ACME real near me (Northern Virginia), so definitely a new experience to checkout an eclectic grocery store as such! Interesting items, some new to me, and with more time (next occasion in Havertown) I can explore more. 💛 Clean inside and out, with plenty of safe parking. Well organized. Stocked variety is quite the best possible given the size and layout of the given store footprint. Above all? Customer service by Kathy at checkout proved exemplary, as she knew to address me quickly and forthrightly (“Does the store sell postage stamps?And can stamps be purchased by credit card?”) especially given the customers waiting patiently in line behind me. Looking forward to my next Acme store visit, either in this cool Philly suburb, or who knows where?! *Thanks again, y’all!* 🇺🇸☝️🤠

Not sure what you can say about a food store but if there is a positive, this Acme always has the freshest, most beautiful flowers other than going to a florist. What I don't like, and its not a negative on just this store, is the large only sizes it is forcing customers to buy. Example, coffee creamers, you can't find the smaller ones only the largest more expensive ones and I notice that with cereals. Stores can continue to do that but consumers are strapped to the hilt with rising prices of everything and will find a way to get what they really want within their budget and could cut into the stores profits. Consumers are very educated on how/where to get deals to make their paychecks go further. I have ordered directly from company sites or Amazon because I don't like being forced to buy items/sizes I really can't use.

Great store, having a hard time accepting payment for bags after spending money in the store. Customers are accepting everything, something will give soon. You make a purchase it goes in a bag,not one that you pack...other counties are getting more and more buisness especially my family's

Oh my god. When I tell it was HORRIBLE. It was absolutely MONTROUS!!!! Absolutely preposterous!!! I hopped in my carriage and rode my horse wagon to acme today. I greeted my favorite employee; “heeey anthonyyyy.” I went to the dairy isle and OH. MY. GOD. I went to get some cheese! There was hair and mold in it!!! Absolutely HORRENDOUS!!!! I gagged and threw up! I thought maybe it was just the dairy isle BUT THEN I WENT TO THE MEAT ISLE!!! Horrible!!! Oh my lord!! Lord have mercy!!! There was rabid dogs chewing on a piece of meat!! Nobody dared to stop them!!! Never again shall I go to this acme!!

They generally have a good stock of everything you would need. Their berries go bad pretty quickly, within a day or two. Otherwise feels and veggies are fine. I think their meat deals can be pretty good too, especially the multi meal deals.

Making frequent trips to the Philadelphia area from Virginia, I usually stop at this Acme to get some Liscio's bread. The staff in this location are some of the friendliest people. They are always there to ask if I didn't find what I'm looking for.
