Loved this place! The atmosphere and ambiance is very intentional. The patio area is gorgeous overlooking the tres picachos. The decor brings you back to an old Puerto Rico. The food was delicious, I loved the churrasco and the mampostero but was disappointed that they did not had plantains in the day we visited. When you visit make sure to try the alcapurrias montaditos. The tamarind and grapefruit juices were delicious. However the key to our amazing experience was the service. The service and atmosphere are wonderful. I do have to say the mamposteado de arroz con gandules was the worst I have ever had. I could taste fish in it. Seems like there was salmon in it or something. There was no warning with regards to it in the menu. I unfortunately left all of the rice because it was not good. The biftec encebollado doesn't taste like traditional biftec. It tasted more like burger meat. The pechuga a la plancha was delicious. I enjoyed the fried food platter. I also enjoyed the coffee flan, which was unique. I enjoyed the decorations of the location and being able to have such a sweet dog patiently waiting for food. On Jayuya you can find really good restaurants and some hidden gems,Azorao is one of them.believe me, try this. One of the best authentic Puerto Rican food you can get here. The food is so good and taste. Everyone in the fam & friends group loved it You have to try The Aguzao from the menu…100% recommended 🤤. The staff is nice and super helpful. Highly recommended! After a long drive from San Juan this was the destination, and it did not disappoint. Great scenery overlooking a creek. A nice cool mountain side area. After being in PR 6 times, this was my first time trying chuleta can can. And it was exactly what the doctor recommended, crunchy and meaty jumminess. We loved this restaurant so much we went back twice. Ended up being our favorite in Jayuya. Great fresh food, good service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Amazing restaurant with a typical artisanal food and distinctive cocktails. With every plate they will make you feel like you’re eating from a puertorican nana. The place is really cozy and it has a vintage puertorican style. There’s a river on the back which you could sit on the side and have the amazing view. The employees are very proactive and sociable. They are determined to help you and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Aguazo Restobar offers a good variety of dishes of typical puertorrican cuisine. The restaurant has a sizeable seating capacity, both indoor and outdoor (with a nice viewof the RíoSaliente). The employees are friendly and provide prompt service. Also, the place is conveniently located near multiple places of interest like La Piedra Escrita and the Cemí Museum.
