Disappointing Experience.
I recently dined here, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that there were some significant issues with the service. The waiter seemed untrained and inattentive, making it necessary for me to actively call for his attention throughout my meal.
The quality of the food left much to be desired. Specifically, the fried chicken dish I ordered was not well cooked and had a distinctly unpleasant taste. It was evident to me that the restaurant was using frozen chicken, which greatly affected the overall flavor and texture of the dish. This lack of attention to detail in the kitchen was disappointing, as it detracted significantly from the enjoyment of the meal.
Furthermore, the rice served alongside the chicken dish was remarkably tasteless. It lacked any discernible seasoning or flavor, making it a bland and unappetizing accompaniment to the main course. Additionally, the bread provided was served cold and did not seem fresh, further dampening the dining experience.
The only redeeming aspect of my meal was the French fries, which were acceptable in quality. However, even though they were cooked adequately, they arrived cold and lacked any discernible spices or seasoning, rendering them rather lackluster.
Overall, my experience fell far below my expectations. The combination of poor service, undercooked and flavorless chicken, tasteless rice, and cold, uninspiring bread left me thoroughly disappointed. I sincerely hope that the management of restaurant takes these concerns into consideration and strives to improve the quality of their food and service.
Note to the management: I regret to say that my dining experience was far from satisfactory. I believe there is significant room for improvement in terms of food quality and training the staff. I hope you take this feedback constructively and work towards enhancing the overall dining experience for your customers.

It's a nice place, good location, and new parking nearby is really good.
However we were VERY disappointed with the pizza. It wasn't as described at all. Look at the last picture .. mincemeat (mafroom), sauce, cheese and vegetables ... We asked about it, but they insisted it was correct. I don't think so ...
Price for quality is higher than average
Mobile staff can't provide services other than putting order on table
Family zone on second floor (G-1st-2nd) which is stressful with elevator out of service
Great service, tasty food, doesn't take much time to get your meal, highly recommended 👌
