First and foremost, I praise the price range. I ordered two dishes and a bottle of water, and it took me merely $7, which is wonderful for a place with such an interior and location. Restaurants like that (in the town's center and near big hotels) are often overpriced, but not this one. Most seats were available despite the holidays. The staff did their job well, though they were somewhat restless and walked around often for no reason. The interior is not standing out, but the big summer veranda is always great. The menu contains typical Turkish cuisine with a variety of salads and side dishes. I tried delicious fresh fried eggs and eggplants with meat, which was okay too. Electronic payments are available.
Overall, a decent eatery with the main virtue that is "Wow, it looks luxurious but, in fact, within range of almost anyone's salary".

While the food was delightful, the service didn't quite meet the standards I anticipated. Regrettably, the waiter seemed to be in a sour mood, which affected the quality of their service. I kindly urge the management to take this matter into consideration.

The food was very few salted. Instead of the first ordered thin beef medallions, I received juliennes which were immediately replaced. Except on guy that served us, all others didn’t know how to act towards a foreigner. I felt treated rude by the cashier…

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered takeout food and they said it was ready, but I forgot to take it from their kitchen. Unfortunately, the restaurant said it had expired and threw it away.
The call was made after one and a half hours, which is the time that I had left.

As european tourists it looked like a challenge to find the proper place for dinner. Ali Baba is definitely the right place if you just arrive to Andijan and don't know anywhere to eat. You can see the meat displayed right next to you and sense the quality is very good. Then prove it right. Staff is very attentive, friendly and speak good English. Fair price for an excellent dinner un a cool atmosphere.

We have been served by a waiter named Abdulla. He refused to give his surname and he refused to call the manager. Hence I have decided to post this review. Andulla has been disrespectful and extremely rude. When we arrived we asked if we can wait until one of tables near the fountain would be free. Abdulla asked us to take another table and as soon as one of tables near the fountain is free, he would move us. Then two of the tables got freed up and we asked if we can move, Abdulla said that we should finish our starters and then he would move us. When we finished our starters, he said that one of the tables has been just taken and the other one was reserved in the morning by the manager. Then he started arguing and was asking us to leave from the table.
This is absolutely shocking experience and this waiter is a liar and is not even ashamed of lying. I am not sure of how this place’s manager supports such behaviour from their staff.
While we were eating food, we found a big hair in our food which was disgusting. We called Abdulla and showed him the hair. He said ok and walked away. We thought he was going to replace the food but he didn’t and he didn’t even apologise.
Then we asked another waiter to call the manager. The manager named, Yigit, came to our table. We explained everything to him and he was professional. The manager apologised for all the inconveniences and spoke to the waiter. He sent some free dessert which was very kind of him. I hope that the management of the restaurant will train such waiters as Abdulla to provide better customer service in the future.
