Not sure if you’re getting your moneys worth here. Ordered a large ham and cheese sandwich and received a sandwich with literally one piece of ham on each half of the sandwich. I ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza. I got box full of hot mess. They put way too much chicken, sauce and cheese. The pizza did not cook because of all the stuff on it. Also it wasn't sliced. We also ordered meatballs and they were cold. I understand short staff, tough times, being patient, but this was clown shoes in a box at a high price. Do better Amatos.

Fantastic Italians. I like how you can substitute a veggie for say, extra pickles! Very easy to order via touch screen. The staff were cool and make excellent food, especially at a gas station! Have always had great experiences at this location. Most recent, I called to see what time they closed and they were in 5 mins but she still offered to take the order. Food turned out great, haven’t been disappointed yet in all the times I’ve been. Love Amato’s and their great food, auburn location is great as well. The food is wonderful BUT the new self service kiosk is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Even the employees are having problems!!!! FORGET ordering anything specialty. AMATOS GET RID OF THIS!!!

This Amatos was inside a Nuria gas station..I didn't get that part and drove around it several times before seeing the 6" X 2' sign. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The most blatant disregard for customer service I've ever received. It took 25 minutes to make an item that has never taken more than 10. I wasn't told of a delay. The workers were unapologetic and dismissive, and continued to banter among themselves. When I finally got my food, it was made wrong and didn't include marinara sauce. This place is just lazy first we tried to call and place an order and they picked up and set the phone down on counter so I could hear them talking to each waited for 10 mins before hanging so decided to go there and order, got attitude and could tell they didn't want to be working, then get home and all the food we order was under cooked. Had to finish cooking my son's pizza since it was still doughy And my husband sausage sub was still pink. Needless to say they won't be getting our business ever again!

Very rude 😒 I really hope one of yall that works here sees this if you don't like working with customers or interacting please get another job or don't work at all you don't make it friendly. some girl was trying to order and she said can I place a take out order? The cashier said "I dont know can you ? If she was joking or not it comes of rude. Muddering underneath their breath I'm just trying to do my job just as much as you are. I really hope you can have a more positive attitude
