We tasted freshly caught fish in this restaurant. I rate it with 4 points, the prices are quite high. As it got dark when we visited, it was fun to watch the little geckos enjoying their dinner too 😉🙂 Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Catch of the Day

Such a beautiful and amazing experience. We sat down and faced the sea view it was picture perfect. The food, were very tasty and amazing. We ordered sailfish curry and mixed seafood fritters. The curry was well seasoned, flavour was unique and unforgettable, portion size perfect. The seafood fritters extremely delicious and addictive 😋 😍. The toilet is clean. The restaurant has its sole , spirit and unforgettable atmosphere "familiale". For those loving fish you will find numerous posters with local fish and wider. Now, talking about dishes, the local fish is supreme delight, fresh and carefully cooked. What to expect more from the restaurant in Seychelles? Best food place on the west coast of Mahe. Relaxed atmosphere with quirky decorations. Waitress is friendly and the food tasty. Went there multiple times. Great milk shake. We went there to have dinner for two me and my wife. We were met and greeted by a lovely lady (I believe she was the owner). Immediately offered a table, waiters were so polite, and you can see they were genuine, not waiting anything in return. The food was absolutely fantastic, we had the "sweet and sour shrimps" and the "catch of the day - Blackened Fish". The place might be considered a bit pricey, but given what we encountered all over the island, I would say it is normal, taking into consideration the quality of their food and services as well. Food is fantastic and has been for the past 12 years that I have eaten there time and time again when on Mahé! It takes a while for the first smile to appear, but I'm already looking forward to the next meal at Anchor! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Delicious fish and curry! The blackened fish is one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever had and highly recommended. We also ordered the chicken curry, which was was full of flavour but the chicken was a little tough. The fried octopus starter was very chewy but well seasoned. The blackened fish made the meal and saved this rating 🐟 🤤

One of the best restaurants we know in Seychelles. Right from the location to food to hospitality, this place will leave you pleased and impressed. Anyone staying in this location has easy access to one of the calm beaches in Seychelles. On a lovely sunny day, you will love to eat here watching the beautiful ocean or coming for dinner, then better come early enjoy the sunset and then delicious food. My favourite dishes over here are Blackened fish and Jambalaya Chicken and prawns. You may get some refreshing drinks too.

Very enjoyable family lunch. Wife and I split catch of the day and the portion was generous enough for our fill. Kids had beef burgers and fish and chips, 2 fresh juices, and 2 milkshakes. Prices definitely not ideal but we found it to be fair value

Nice place with good service at quite lonely coast. Stuff is very attentive and friendly here. We ordered fisherman’s plate and cheeseburger as main dishes - all meals were with garnish and portions sizes were enough for 1 person. Fish was fresh, burger had good beef and cheese.
