Food was amazing. So was the service! We ate there today, on a Sunday, it was beyond busy, to say the least. I’m not sure our servers name, but my son and I were taken well care of. She was a younger server. Food was great. Happy about all, as usual. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

killer seafood love it will most definitely be back. staff could use a little more personality it would sure help the atmosphere of the whole place( that's my opinion they could have been having an off night, so don't let it deterr you from going) but most definitely have awesome food! This was our first time coming to Anchor's Away Cafe and it didn't disappoint. The fried oysters were large and cooked perfectly. We will definitely go back again and again.

The food my better half got had to have come from frozen and my chicken nuggets were like McDonald’s. Not good. The waitress came to take our order, deliver food and check. That was it. I don’t recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Took mom out for supper and saw that it was busy. Got our drinks ordered and then our order took. Then another couple came in approximately 15-20 minutes after us and they were served and eating. I had to go ask where is our food and I got “we’re waiting “….finally we got served, no apology for it being so late. Fries tasted old but the rest of the food was okay.

Save your money, travel and time. It's all fried food, I new that but what I did not care for was how fried. We ordered two meals, 1 Oysters, this was the worst food we ever ate. They were so fried the Oyster itself was cooked to a dry tasteless piece of meat. The other was flounder that was under fried and seamed to have been frozen. The waitress was just as dry, she had no personality and only came back to the table when she recognized we were ready to go. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
