You are placed in the heart of the best cheese production of the world. Ezine cheese, Izmir cheese, Bergama cheese are world known. It is a shame that instead of introducing your local delicious cheese types you are serving Dutch Gouda cheese in you cheese platter. If I wanted to eat Gouda I would have travelled to Amsterdam not Cunda. Respect local culture and products and embrace them. If you don't nobody else would.
