Have ordered from these guys before and thought their pizza was good. Placed an order for 7:30 pickup. My husband arrives at 7:30 and it’s already under the warmer. When we got home the bottom was burnt and the cheese was hard like it had been sitting for a while. We called the store just asking to get a replacement. Manager was very rude and told my husband it’s not his fault the pizza got cold on the way home. Ummm we order papa John’s on the OTHER side of town and the pizza is STILL hot when we get home. Rude customer service is a no go for me. I wrote an email, however haven’t received a response back ( not that I was expecting one). Will not be going back there anymore.

My first time at this location. I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up at the drive-thru. I was early to get there and knew that I would have to wait but the staff there were so nice and friendly I didn't mind. As I set at the drive up window I could watch them working hard and as soon as my pizza came out of the oven it was cut, put in a box and away I went. Thanks again for such great friendly fast service. I will be back.

Worst place ever wasn’t even able to place an order due to them not delivering to my address never ate at this place, but apparently I never will because they can’t deliver outside of their area code. If one store is closed due to weather, then another store should pick up or whatever the other case may be, I had a substantial order that I was going to place with them Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pizza was delicious 😋. The woman that took my order was/ is not so much. The order was supposed to be delivery, she took my order told me it'd be 2hrs and.. 2hrs 30min later I call and the guy says its been sitting there as a carryout. From Chicago and visiting Springfield so he saved my experience with his apologetic attitude and delicious pizza that he heated like new.

Food was delivered hot and ready, delivery driver showed up a few minutes late being the only driver (other driver walked out) for a Friday night on st patty’s day. That’s better then expectations in my book. Amazing quality food.

Been on hold 15 minutes. Called the other store, they won’t deliver (not even 3 miles farther) to this address. Cup of noodles it is.
