The food is always good and most of the time it's great. The service and hospitality here is OUTSTANDING! I have never had a unfriendly experience. We go at least once a week and if we miss a week we go twice the next week. They have great special at lunch as well for those on a budget but just want to not have to cook today. We always have good service at the Cedar Lake store. My boyfriend and I always sit at the bar. (Quicker services mostly and a cold tasty beer to top that.) The bartenders are always very friendly and tentative. The food is good and hot. I always get a bacon Cheeseburger. I LOVE the fries. Danielle was our waitress. She did an excellent job taking care of us. Her smile is infectious. When you go there request Danielle. We travel through Biloxi at least once a year and Applebees is always one of our choice places to eat. Also convenient as it’s right near the hotel where we stay. I was out of town, working late and needed a good meal to take to the hotel room. There is something special about seeing that big apple logo when on the road. Good Food, great service! Kota is the coolest person ever and deserves a big fat raise for his amazing personality and service. Me and the homies wanna come back JUST to see him. He's literally so fun. The staff was very friendly and helpful from beginning till end. The steak was like butter. I really enjoyed the meal. I was seated at the table with strangers, and it was an awesome way to meet other people. Great concept. While the service is normally very good, the food is just not that good. The salsa is mushy and the chips will have a random chip heavily coated in salt. The basic burgers are great, but the fries are cold by the time they reach the table. Best bet for a really good meal would be the classic burger or a steak and veggies. Or if you get an all-star server ask for their recommendation. They know what's going on in the kitchen on a given night. I'm very hopeful that the food will go back to the quality I remember from previous years. Several screens are strategically placed for sports at various booths and around the central bar. You'll be able to watch the game, but the music playing overhead means you won't be listening to the game. All that said - I still like the location...just not visiting as often right now.

All I can say is WOW! We walked in and though there were quite a few people there, their were plenty of open empty tables in every section. The host was sitting on his phone and when he did approach us he said it would be a long wait because they only had a few waitresses working and not enough cooks. Then we asked could we just sit at the bar to wait and he told us no, that the barmaid would not be able to take care of us because she got really frustrated that she had too many the night before. (There was nobody sitting at the bar). We only meant to sit and have drinks while we waited, but when we told him that he still said not possible because she's easily frustrated. We walked out. We love coming here every once in a while but we won't be back to this restaurant again. So sad he could not help any of the staff .. too busy on his phone on the bench. Service: 1

SHAWN WAS ABSOLUTELY THE 👌🏾 BEST🥰‼️ Very courteous, accommodating, n suggestive.....He needs 2 b a trainer n teach incoming n already staffed employees how 2 give excellence in customer service 👏🏾 Other staff I encountered while dining just kept passing my table n no acknowledgement 🤔‼️ Not professional ......at all😡 In my experience in food service...whether its ur table r not?
