I ordered the 4 Cheese Mac and Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. The noodles were dry and hard. The waitress told us that is how they are made at all the Applebee's and that the cook was following the recipes by the book. In my opinion, that book needs to be burned. I explained to her that the one we went to in Twin Falls on Wednesday had a lot more cheese sauce than I had on my plate. The waitress said she would get me some more sauce. She said that it was Alfredo sauce. It was cold, and it wasn't the 4 cheese sauce. My son said that he was going to eat the noodles with the cold sauce. He tried to stab a clump of noodles, but he couldn't get the fork to go through them! He's not a little kid, he's over 40 years old. It was a though they gave me the leftovers from last weekend. This Applebee's is nothing like the Twin Falls Applebee's. The waitress did an awesome job with the service and refilling our drinks!
