We went there for dinner and we were very disappointed with the food. The riblets did not taste good at all, kind of mushy like and kind of overcooked or maybe sitting in the warmer to long. They overcooked my grilled chicken in the Cesar salad and it had slimy pieces of lettuce, like the kind that comes out of bagged salad mixes, and dry over cooked "grilled" chicken, like the kind you get in the frozen section of the store..grill marks on it and the re-grilled. As of today, Tuesday Jan 9 2024, I haven't heard back from them after filling out the questionnaire on the link they sent me. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Not our usual spot but kids wanted Applebee's ( We don't have any in Southern California). It was interesting, Huge clean restaurant but only 8 Patrons, place was dead. Took 5 minutes for drinks and another 10 for Apps. The Appetizer were mediocre and I regretted it later. Food was pretty good with no complaints for this type of food. All and all service could be better, and so healthier versions of food would be a compliment. CHECK YOUR TO GO FOOD! Ordered Won Ton Tacos to go. I made sure to ask the server to put in both the cilantro and lime upon ordering because i know how they are at this location with forgetting ingredients(tacos come disassemble.) My food came out without the lime or cilantro. I had cilantro at home so I just asked for the lime and a bit more of the Coleslaw because it was in a much smaller container than it normally is. I was told i would be charged until I reminded the server that I know it comes with a larger portion than i was given, she said she would speak with the manager and returned with additional coleslaw. This isn't the first or even the second time I have had this experience at the Grants Pass Applebee's but it's the only one here and I love won ton tacos. Get it together GP Applebee's. The service and food was great, but the catch is that after leaving, I checked my bank statements and was charged more than what I wrote. Come to find out that when I requested an email of the receipt it was a completely different receipt with a different total written on it with handwriting distinguishable from mine. Thought it was weird that I received a receipt with no line to sign at the bottom, but the one in file does. Someone is up to no good there. We typically love Applebee’s, but we were disappointed at this particular visit. My husband’s French fries were served cold and his Ranch Chicken sandwich came without the ranch dressing. I had to ask twice for lemon for my water, and although the salad was tasty, they put all of the salad dressing and toppings at the bottom of the bowl and then smothered everything with lettuce, allowing no room to toss the ingredients together. The wait staff is top notch. We were seated in a timely manner . Our server was terrific. She was professional and very pleasant. The restaurant is clean , beautifully decorated and comfortable. Ordered a medium rare steak with garlick green beans and broccoli. Green beans were over cooked mush with what tasted like a pound of sugar. Broccoli was under cooked and rock hard. Steak was medium well and tough. Inedible all around. 🤮🤢🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮 I figured all 🍎bee's would be at least consistent in their mediocrity, but this one went into the full depths of hell. Everything was bland and tasteless as well as poorly cooked. I'm going to kill myself, and this was the worst last meal I could imagine. If Grants Pass legalized the ability to cook for the homeless, I could do way way better. Edit: Your link isn't copy and paste-able. Your food sucks. Get a new cook. I'll be at the Grants Pass courthouse a week from today with a knife to my throat unless they legalize the ability to cook in parks for the homeless. I gave your food to my dogs.

Rude Staff slamming our drinks and food on our table, our waitress rushed us to order, eat & check out. Attitude with asking for a booth further away from the front door, which had a draft. Waitress had more of an attitude when she saw me talking with the manager. Also got upset when I asked for sugar & extra napkins. Took my food away, when I wasn’t finished with it. After talking with the manager, we got an apology. Waited forever to close out our tab. Just wanted a good meal and dining experience prior to my husbands surgery the following morning. I would have handled things differently, with old school values, but to each their own! Will think twice about going back.
