My dad and I decided to eat Arbys for lunch today; before we hit the highway to head back to Denver. We went in the drive thru and I had a hard time figuring out what to get and of course my dad knew actually what he wanted. I usually have a hard time going through fast food drive thru’s because I’m very indecisive and they rush me. NOT HERE! The young lady helped me decide on the 2for6 fish and cheddar! She was very patient and so polite. We went to the window and Dyre (young lady who took my order) greeted us so politely even though she was going back and forth talking to us and taking the order behind us. She talked to us and made sure we had our sauces that were necessary for our food options. The place looked busy and I saw workers working very hard here. I will be back soon with my dad!!! Fish and cheddars: 10/10 Beef and cheddar: 10/10 Curly Fries: 1000000/10 (They were so good I took them home and put them in my air fryer to eat later) Everything was fresh and steamy! There needs to be an option for NO stars. I am nottttt picky. I’m not pretentious. I’m kind to all service industry. Very kind. So I order my food and get back to my hotel room. I ordered the Greek gyro. Got to my room and it was something else. Pictures below. I drove back to the store and she was kind to start. She brought out another bag, handed it to me, rolled her eyes and acted snotty. So I asked her if she rolled her eyes, I said “the mixup wasn’t my error, why the eye roll?” She said “I didn’t roll my eyes” again… snotty. I said “that’s ok, I’ll be calling”. She said “fine, call” Anyone that reads my reviews knows how absolutely fair I am. Out of all Pueblo, I chose your store for my lunch … and I get treated like this for your error? I wasn’t ugly, I just wanted what I ordered. I didn’t drive up with an attitude. I was very gracious until the eye roll and snotty attitude. The gyro she brought out looks like it was thrown against a wall. Picture of the “sandwich” that I was given in error and then the gyro I got after I went back. Really? Everything is amazing. They just had a Remodel Recently & the place looks amazing. The food is so good, You'll find it hard just to eat 1 thing & of course you got to love that Horsey & Arby's sauce too...Download the App they have Sweet Deals On There as well & It's much faster if you order online & go directly to the counter even if there's a huge line & they give it right to you, it's Way Faster than waiting in line😋... So my friend and I went for lunch. We had their fish sandwich. They had a two for.deal and it was very good! So two huge fish sandwiches with cheese tater sauce for six dollars and it's really buy one get one free. It was very fresh and there was enough for two meals for me! I can't buy and make that for that little amount of money. We went thru the drive thru it was quick and the staff was very friendly. Well I don’t like to tell about bad experiences but I feel this need to be expressed to everyone that might decide to eat here. I gave this rating only because of one manager there that probably had a bad night but it doesn’t excuse her from being a professional. So to start off she was mad because my wife was looking at the orders that was ready yes I said looking not touching or bothering the orders at all so she saw my wife looking she got upset and threw the first bag of food on the counter then took the second bag and kind of slid/threw the bag on the counter also my wife asked for a drink tray she first said she didn’t have any then another manager gave us one and said thank you for your patience and said have a great night he showed so much professionalism that he made the other manager look so stupid sorry I don’t like calling people names but she definitely deserves that title so if you do eat here be aware that there is a KAREN manager that will ruin your dining experience. So I will say this Arby’s is a wonderful place to eat just be aware of who is serving you. This isn’t our first run inn with this manager she has had a nasty attitude towards my wife and I haven’t figured out why but I’m not going to worry about her because I know karma is a dish best served cold but I also know God said vengeance is his so that’s all I’m saying about that !!!! Coming to Arby's is a treat! I love the Beef N Cheddar with the French Dip N Sauce on the side. BEST...SANDWICHES...EVER. The employees are great kids who make your day! . Food was pretty good. French fries were completely without flavor. Crinkly Fry's. Didn't really taste like anything in particular. Otherwise, it was pretty much like any other Arby's. No masks. I think having employees wear a mask is the right thing to do, during a covid spike. Now, this may be less relevant.

the new cheese-stake is the worse sandwich ever, the meat is preformed little flat cubes of hard meat, it does not look like the sandwich on the commercial, they did not even give a receipt with my order. For sure they know the sandwich is horrible! the bacon ranch had a half piece of bacon in it. I could not eat this sandwich the meat was so bad. the meat was what spoiled this sandwich, they should have used the roast-beef they have would have been better. will not recommend. sandwich is trash, I just threw away money, and the french fries are hard (RAW) in the middle, I asked for well done french fries, because they are not cooked in the middle, I did not get what I asked for, they were still raw in the middle, so what they are hot, who cares if they are hot, it they are still raw in the middle! my last review was great, but when I throw away money I have to rant! spent over 25 dollars for 2 sandwiches and a french fry. the whole order went into the trash. They do not give a receipt as they know lots of people will complain!!! this review just replaced a very good 5 star review! Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had the classic beef & cheddar & had very little roast beef on it. .. And it was all balled up in the middle of the bun. The drive thru guy was ok but couldn't get him to smile.
