Hello I was excited for the good burger and I took a bite of the burger. The burger was completely pink and raw I was not refunded or compensated in any way, very disappointing. I've eaten here for dine in a few times and gotten food on the go from the drive through. Thus far they have not messed up any of my orders and the food is always really good! The employees are very polite and helpful with food recommendations, the atmosphere is pleasant and the seating is comfortable. Thank you for the enjoyable eats, Arby's that has the meats! Went here after awful experience at Arby's at I-94...was hit by a car and employees were indifferent to say the least! Got a call from Regional Manager . well..he gave me tickets for 2 free meals..hm. Got the biggest roast beef sandwich they had...no lettuce and tomato...came just plain. 🫡 That's about it. Worst burger I've ever had and the fries were cold. Unfortunately they were even missing a sandwich 🥪😞 They did replace the meal with roast beef sandwiches later, I'd stick to that. Sorry not sorry worst experience I’ve ever had at this location!! This is disgusting dirty hand prints on my drink cup also I didn’t have anything with chocolate or whatever this is on there just gross I order a Turkey Ranch & bacon sandwich so where is this coming from ?
