I ordered the new brown sugar bacon sandwich. Geez thanks for 2 bacon pieces of bacon torn in half on an 8 dollar sandwich. Do better!!! This location is slow, understaffed and rarely has roast beef ready. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I would rate this store a 5 because of many different reasons! Came to dine in with my family after a long night the Maddy who was working the front counter was very helpful and very kind it really look like she knew what she was doing while she was training someone. WOW! Took around 7 minutes because I ask for my chicken fresh, unlike the other stores I’ve been to, she said “no problem” and didn’t throw a fit. For the food, as I wrote earlier I asked for my chicken fresh and it was delicious the fries were also fresh, and the drinks were not too syrupy. Store was very clean tables were wiped down so we could sit anywhere! Drink station was not sticky and the bathroom is delightful also very clean! Overall this store and including the worker were amazing definitely coming here again! Totally empty. Ordered ahead and it wasn't ready. After someone came from the back I asked for my order. They got my fries boxed and set them to the side. They dropped the jalapeño bites and then after over 5 minutes they bagged the cold cardboard like fries and handed to me. Go across the lot to kwik trip. This location is not good. Can't say I've ever been to an Arby's that's out of roast beef more than this one. I'm not sure how that happens so much, it's been three times I've tried to stop at a normal time of day and "sorry, we're out of roast beef." So strange. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our entire order was incorrect. When we asked for it to be resolved the girl in the back making the food basically threw a fit and was very rude. She seemed almost mad at us that we wanted things to be fixed to what we had actually asked for. She completely forgot to remake my husband's sandwich until I had to go up and ask for it again after I had already finished eating mine. Service took forever and then the food wasn't even very good. I ordered two roast beef sandwiches with Swiss. Both as meals w/ fries. They forgot one order of fries. No big deal as I hadn't left yet. I get home and look at the sandwiches to find they are completely wrong and contain some red mystery sauce and a terrible onion bun. Not what I ordered by a long shot. It's obvious they don't care when this happens as every single negative review on here has the same generic automated reply. You will not get my $32 again. The food was simply awful. The chicken sandwich was the worst I have ever had. The Two beef and cheddar sandwiches tasted awful. It tasted like they didn't care. I'm not going back. You need to teach your employees how to treat your customers, playing games with people in the Drive-Thru is not okay every other time that I have come here there's been a problem of some sort so I will not be back I keep trying to give you a chance because you're a new location but your customer service skills are horrible Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
