Hello Arby’s management. Your store employees one of which is your manager just hung up on me. Bc they don’t tell the story. Look at your cameras please On 2/11/24 my husband and I stopped at the Arby’s in Bedford PA at 1:05 PM. The restaurant had 4 people dining inside at the time. No cars at the drive through. We stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes with no one in site. When leaning over the counter, I could see the drive through window and I raised my voice to ask if anyone was there. No response. We got back into our car at 1:10. Looked to the back of the store parking lot and we see the Arby’s associate sitting in her SUV type vehicle with her headset on looking as if she was texting on her phone. We drove around the back to the drive thru area to get a better look as she watched us drive by. Unbelievable. I’m hoping this store has cameras and disciplines this employee for not doing her job. UPDATE- called customer service line and reported this incident. Then I called the store location to tell them I made a Google review and called the customer service line. I come to find from the female who answered the phone that there were 4 employees in the store working yesterday. She said it was the manager, herself and two young boys. I told her that we saw an employee sitting in her suv with a headset on looking at her phone. I said where were all of you? Someone was in the freezer?!?! Where were the other 2. Guess what she hung up on me. This is so poor and such a safety issue. Customer service said they do have cameras. They contacted field management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We ordered ahead in the app. When we arrived none of the food was ready or even started. All, or nearly all, of the staff was out back of the restaurant talking to a few kids skateboarding. When we pulled in, the staff went back in the restaurant through the back door. The skateboarders became more active. Since our food wasn't ready on time, they then started making our food. I'm not sure what the advantage of ordering through the app is if the staff is going to ignore the order. Highly disappointed, we've come to expect better from other Arby's locations. I don’t usually do fast food but I enjoy a Gyro so I stop by Arby’s when I am out on a work trip for a quick lunch. Seems like Arby’s is going under. Supply’s and staffing always seem to be lacking. And I am talking about ALL the Arby’s I have stopped at. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Waited 30 minutes. No line at all. When we finally went in they hadn't started half our food. My husband said he simply wanted a refund so we could go elsewhere. The kid at the register drive thru didn't give us our receipt because he actually gave us too much money and so we had to figure out the change for him. So since we had no receipt we were denied a refund. After another 5 minutes we finally were back in the car on our way to our destination. They forgot the sauces and the food was horrible!!! So sloppy and the rolls were hard. I should know better than to have fast food🤪 Food: 1 Service: 1
Probably the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Food quality was low and tasted terrible. Roast Beef was shredded and cold and nasty. I would highly avoid this place at all cost.

Didn't get au jus for two sandwichs we ordered and none of the fries were filled and were full of burnt, shriveled up pieces that look like they had been baking under a light all day. Would recommend just going to the taco bell next door, would get better service and food.

Stood at the front counter and watched the clerk play on his phone for two minutes waiting to order. Then…Decided I would go elsewhere. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s the employees that have been consistent with the poor performance of this Arby’s. No one seems to care… One visit I asked for sauces when ordering and was told they were out of all sauces . When my food was brought to the window by a different person, they asked me what sauces I wanted. Amazingly, I received a handful of bbq and horsey sauce……? If this is the workforce of the future we’re in trouble. So disappointing , I like Arby’s menu. The screwups have been numerous at this location….I’m not giving up on you, I’ll be back. Just get it together… Please! Update: I came back after almost a year since I wrote the review. When I walked up to order, I was greeted by an employee looking at me like he hated me. I don’t know any other way to describe it. While waiting for my order the same employee asked me if I ordered something Ihat wasn’t any part of my order. That’s not really a big deal but, I was asked again if I ordered something completely different from my order. There was only me and the customer in front of me inside the restaurant , I had the feeling of confusion and attitude. The customer in front of me when he got his order had to remind them they forgot his milkshake. Maybe that’s not a “big” deal, but combined with the mean mugging and the weird vibes is not going to help this place get better. In my review prior to the update I said “If this is the work force of the future we’re in trouble”. Filthy food cold and messed up the order terrible excuse for a fast food team if it wouldn't have taken so lone I would have argued for my $19.00 back I wouldn't recommend anyone eat in this place ...it will make ya sick.....
