Disgusting. The worst experience i have ever had at an arby's. I went through the driver threw DT347 at 12:13 pm today and ordered 29.00 of food and was completely disgusted i threw most of it away. The fries cold the turkey brown sugar bacon sandwich was disgusting the bacon was bacon pieces not strips at all. The popers i through away because they was not fresh. What happen to arby's when everything was made fresh to order. Especially the deep fried things. Just feels like i'm going to mcdonalds on roadhouse prices. Cant leave a complain because the store number 06204 wont work in the feedback website that is on the bottom of the damn receipt. The HiC drink had no flavor like it needed syrup switched so i ate a couple bits of my sandwich and threw the rest away wasting my Lunch time and money. WAY TO GO!!!! Customer service sucked too! This place always has very fresh warm fpod. But lately it seems the drive through takes a very long time because they are short staffed.. And there's no guarantee they will be open because they close at eight o'clock when they don't have enough workers.. Service is slow. The food sits on the counter, waiting on the cashier to bring it to you. Fries, 3 visits, have been Luke warm. We all know that Arby's fries are not when good, warm, or cold. They need to be hot. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2

I have been an Arby’s fan since the ‘70s and I don’t recall ever feeling compelled to express my disappointment like I do today. (There were no cars in the lot, no line at drive thru and 2 employees in the shop so it isn’t like they were busy feeling rushed.) I used drive thru and ordered a classic Beef & Cheddar sandwich, small fry and two turnovers. Fifteen minutes later I was home and started eating. The sandwich was terrible. It had a spot of cheese on it and maybe a half tsp of Arby’s sauce. So basically no cheese or sauce and the guy at the window didn’t throw any sauce, salt, or napkins in the bag like he should have. I used the drive-thru lane, then parked and ate in the parking lot. The service times were short, and the wait for food was just 1 more minute. The exterior and parking lot were very clean and in good repair. The food was hot, fresh and complete. I highly recommend this location.
