The staff were actually very nice but the fries were old and barely warm. The place looked clean but the floor was sticky. Very sticky. Wish I could give a better review but this is 2nd time my family has gone in and been left without anyone in building once we got part of what we ordered. Employees didn't seem real interested in seeing us come in at all. After we got our food. I had to lean across counter to get our sauces after trying everything to get help including ringing the bell. The help was there, we seen 3 ppl but everyone was out back all one time as soon as we received our food which we didn't even get all of our order. The lady cashier was rude. They all looked high on drugs. You could Tell none of them wanted to be there. The fries were so cold and dry I about choked on one. They took 30 mins to make fresh fries. My daughter and grandson went there today through the drive through , and when they got home to eat what they always love .the meat on the roast beef had a green tint to it like nasty and old meat. So disappointed in arbys we have always had good food there until today. Won't be back Food: 1

Just came from the Waynesville Arby's and purchased 4 Good Burger meals for a total of 52.60. When the burgers were open the outside was burnt and the inside was completely raw. Since I live a little distance, I didn't want to head back out but this just made my first time trying them out as my last time and I will not recommend. I went to Waynesville Arby's this evening. My husband wanted to try the new Wagyu burger. Got it home and it's burned on the outside AND raw on the inside. I don't frequent this location often & for good reason. Last time, employees were smoking right outside by the drive thru speaker when they have a huge lot in the back they could go to. Today, I ordered a reuben.As you can see in the picture, it was pitifully made. I kindly said something, and after the 1st person said" mama there may be a problem with this sandwich, you handle it"(super unprofessional)...."mama" came over and immediately gave me the corporate answer instead of fixing the problem. It looked nothing like the picture and she knew it! Then we got to overhear the staff bickering. When you post signs all over about being nice because they are short staffed, it goes both ways. Ok new employees today. The service was awful! None of the five males working there today smiled or said a kind word. They looked like they would rather be anywhere else but there; very glum.
