Been to this location a few times on our way up to Canada. The staff has been extremely polite and welcoming and hard working. Keeping the inside clean and organized while serving large volumes of customers inside and through the drive through. Cory was very sweet and patient while taking our order and promptly brought our order to us when it was ready and checked on us after the first couple bites. Recommend stopping in. Visiting from out of town and largely unaware of the closing time today. Was served stale old fries which was disappointing especially since I bypassed the other establishments thinking Arby’s would for sure have some hot curly fries per usual. It is about the people who are working there that make the experiences worth going there. It was absolutely fantastic. Everyone there was so nice and professional. The food is standard at every Arby's but I go for the exceptional service and friendly staff. 10 stars!! This location constantly forgets items, fills drinks only 2/3 full, and yesterday they gave me three fermented ranch cups!!! This place is absolutely nasty! When you find a black cheap lee press-on nail in your food I can’t even imagine what snot, feces, skin flakes and dandruff was once under that nail that has now contaminated our food. Went through drive-through order some food and the order had a few mistakes save the receipt with the manager's name on it I called today and Corey was very polite very professional and took care of the whole thing and made sure everything was perfect she was the best I really appreciate her more business need people like that to deal with customer service 💯👍💯👍💯👍💯 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Saturday just now went here got Ruben almost no meat no kraut just bread took it back 7 minutes later with receipt was told too bad I tossed back in the window hitting nobody said want my money again back was slammed in my face I have lip welt crazy world Don't spend your money here scammed me mocked me don't know what this Ruben is its bad thoe... and refused to give back money insulted me You won't even take back your own food with receipt 7 minutes later That says it all

They consistently get our order wrong. Last time we got someone else’s order completely. I called and spoke with a manager and he said he would put my name on list.
