My client & I eat at Arby's twice a week. Then we sit & play unopened until time to go home. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. The place is ALWAYS clean. I appreciate that they let us sit here all day & play cards & never complain. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very good, Arby's. I went with my mom and we enjoyed the slider selection. I really miss the pizza slider. That was worth making a stop alot more often as the kids enjoyed those as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m from Portland Oregon, and I’ve seen a lot of sexy things in my day. But tonight I’ve encountered the sexiest sandwich I think Sheridan Wyoming has to offer. And that was the sexy beef n cheddar the night crew on February 3rd served me at 7:05 pm. It made me feel like I was in a r&b song in the 90s. Sandwich was wetter than my a$$ on a humid North Carolina summer day. These boys put me on. Ask them for the beef n cheddar “and make it sexy”.

Went through the drive thru, they forgot the chicken strips in the kids meal and the fries they gave us tasted like they were a day old. Normally we enjoy Arby's, this was a disappointment, won't be back. Food: 2 Service: 2

Dropped by since this location advertised a $10off a $30 purchase coupon in the Arby’s app. After ordering, was informed that “they don’t have a QR code scanner”. No effort was made to manually apply the discount. Ended up paying full price as we were on a long roadtrip and the wasted time was worth more than $10. Given that each location can opt in or out of individual in-app promotions, this is completely unacceptable. EDIT: as the owner suggested, I reached out via the comment form. So far I have received no response nor any effort to make this right.
