See Giant Eagle Waterfall Nest and come to this fast food. You will be served tasty halibut, taco salads and hamburgers. Arctic Circle provides good ice cream. Here you can order great milkshakes. A number of visitors think that the staff is patient at this place. Enjoyable service is something guests like here. Pay reasonable prices for eating at this spot. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is lovely. But many people who use Google didn't give this fast food a high rating.

They close early. Or at least they did on 2/18/24. I tried to go through the drive through at 8:20pm on Sunday that is 40min before they close. There was a guy at the drive through window getting his food when I pulled up to order. I sat at the order menu spot for 5 mins and no one took my order. I then pulled around and saw 2 employees looking like they were trying to clean up therefore I am left to assume they were ignoring me so that they could close early. 🤷‍♂️. Ended up going over to Culver's instead. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The Sundaes I ordered increased nearly twice in price as they used to be! I was alright with that because I was craving it. I wasn't okay with half the amount of ice-cream then usual. The guy said that's how they are told to make it and wouldn't help me. Half the ice cream for double the price sounds like a great deal don't it. The patties on our sandwiches were also over cooked. The food still tasted alright. Food: 1 Service: 1

Where do I start... we pulled up and there was only probably about 2 cars ahead of us and no cars behind. We ordered 2 meals and 2 extra items with 4 drinks. The person at the speaker kept forgetting our order which wasn't too bad for me. We paid and got told to pull up it then took them 40 minutes to get our food and we didn't get drinks so he went back in a got our drinks we waited for another 10 minutes before I walked in and got the drink myself where the general manager told me I could've asked. I then ask for fry sauce and the general manager told me my wife and I were getting on his nerves. Worst service I have ever recieved I have worked in fast food for many years and have even been a general manager so of course I wasn't rude because I understand it's stressful but as a general manager you should not talk to customers like that. Not to mention the food was cold and the best part of the entire experiment was the fry sauce. Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service was incredibly slow for a fast food place that wasn't even busy. It was also a bit dirty and dingy. They tried to charge us way more than what we ordered and it took two tries for them to finally get it right. The cheese curds were pretty good but that was the best thing about this experience. Genuinely one of the best fast food experiences I've had in a while. I usually go to the Arctic Circle on First but I went through the drive thru here on Utah tonight and the employee was polite, patient, and helpful. My wife was having a difficult time deciding what ice cream she wanted and the employee offered to list flavors for us. As a GM of a fast food restaurant myself, I recognize and appreciate good customer service. Service was quick as well. I maybe spent 6 minutes in the drive thru and more than half of that was because my wife and I were deciding what we wanted. Got 2 large meals plus ice cream for 22 bucks which is a more than reasonable price in today's economy. Food was warm and tasty, and the ice cream looked and tasted great. While I did not go inside the restaurant seemed to be in good condition, outdated but good from what I could tell from the drive thru. Nicer drive thru menu and speaker than the one on First. Looked clean as well but again I didn't go inside so I don't know for sure. Overall great experience. While nothing was absolutely beyond amazing, it did exceed my expectations and left me happy and satisfied. Will return to this Artic Circle in the future. This location has an indoor playground. Most people do drive thru so inside never has that many people. Close to Walmart. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

$17 for 10 chicken rings, medium fry and small overflowing and melted shake is just unacceptable. Employees wearing air pods and acting stoned as he slowly hands me my food is not the kinda service I'd expect with that kind of money. Also asked for a lot of ketchup, only got three and three other sauces I didn't even ask for. The store in Ammon is much better and worth the drive. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went through the drive through here to buy some food and had an awful experience. I ordered a hot dog combo and then I ask them for an additional hotdog without the meal. After ordering the combo I said “and can we just add another hotdog by itself on top of all that”. They took my figure of speech seriously and quite literally placed a second hotdog inside the bun of the first hotdog that was already filled. When I said “on top of all that” I did mean that literally. We were waiting at the window for 8 minutes only to be presented with this monstrosity of a hotdog. The lady didn’t ask for clarification on the order until after she had already handed it to us, and we didn’t want the people behind us waiting longer then they already had been so we just left. Once we got home I realized that they charged us the price of an additional hotdog like we had ordered, yet we got less food out of it all because there were 2 hotdogs but only 1 bun and 1 set of toppings. We really should have stayed to get this problem fixed and had our food remade to match the price they charged us, but it had been a long day and I didn’t want to argue with those employees anymore. Bathrooms were awful! No TP, clogged toilets in the women’s, - full trash in both- no lid either. But we did like the Halloween decor. Also, learn to make a soft serve cone… way too small and lopsided compared to the Arctic Circle restaurants in the Magic Valley. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
