What a great breakfast spot!!! Cute deli shop and very friendly staff! Everything we ate was very good and can tell the quality is fresh. I really appreciated that. I had a strawberry cheesecake smoothie and it was so good i forgot to take a picture !!!!!! You can imagine how fast i drank it lol. When i come back Im Definitely returning for some ice cream !!! Just a cute spot to get just about anything !!! They def serve All day breakfast which is a plus for me !! Everything was super delicious . The quality of the food was my favorite part 👏🏽 i drank my strawberry shortcake smoothie so fast 😋 i will be returning for another before i leave Colorado. As always, friendly service, excellent food and a convenient location! Brady and the rest of the team always do a great job. From your 1st coffee of the day through the ice cream to finish your evening and everything in between—this is a go-to spot for take-out or eating in.

I thought the staff was nice. I only got ice cream, which I didn’t love but I did enjoy how clean the entire cafe was. It was also quiet and the chairs were comfortable enough I could spend an afternoon working there. Also, very clean bathrooms, great place for a selfie.

All the comments about rude staff are partially true. But it's 1 person, as others pointed out. The girl with the orange and black hair. Wasn't rude to me but rude to the coworkers. Talked over them told them they were wrong about stuff. I asked the cashier a question and was listening to the answer when the loud girl stepped in and talked over her. I feel bad for her coworkers. Wonder how many stay. Food is great, thus 4 stars.

I so wanted to like Arista Deli and Coffee but that just didn't happen. Food was good but service was frustrating and well, they just didn't seem to care one way or another. This was a recommendation and two friends and I visited to start our day. They were quick and almost seemingly proud of the things that they were out of, this included napkins, the solution was to just tear off some paper towel from a bathroom roll. Should have been a sign but benefit of the doubt and all. After we ordered and looked for a seat I went back to the counter and get additional bathroom towels torn from the roll so I could clean the table off. We sat and waited, nothing was available at the same time so we didn't enjoy our morning meal together but one by one, at least two of us did, our third didn't get his because they forgot about it. After watching multiple orders come out he went to the counter and mentioned he had no meal yet. There was no apology and it must have been his fault for ordering and paying that they forgot about that meal. Two out of three ain't bad I guess. I did order coffee but that too was addressed in a rude manner by a lady working the coffee machine. I would not have ordered coffee if I was more familiar as there was something happening in the ceiling directly above the coffee machine, tiles were out and a man on a ladder was doing something up there, no precautions were being taken to cover the area below the work so I really don't know what bonus materials may have been in my beverage, After seeing the situation I didn't drink the coffee. Finally the third meal is available but we really do need to get going so my friend choked most of it down and tossed the rest. We didn't want to make a career of getting breakfast that morning. The food was tasty and enjoyable, at least two out of three. You know, the orders that weren't forgotten. Never did anyone come out from behind the counter to ask about the experience, they were not that busy and there were times there were no customers at the counter. Overall the staff were short and rude, table was dirty enough I cleaned it myself, one of three orders were missed and coffee contents were in question. No manager engagement just topped it all off. In trying to find the positive in the situation what food we had was tasty and we did find parking.

The va benne and philly panini were extremely disappointing... the bread had black char on it and were both bland. The BBQ pork mac looked unappetizing and was kind of watery. The only thing that saved it was the BBQ sauce. I honestly would compare the BBQ mac to something from a buffet or from a cafeteria. The lavender coffee was good. Price per person $20–30 Food: 2

Stopped in one morning. Their menu is simple but stupendous. Their oatmeal bowl with four toppings was delicious (strawberries, banana, walnuts and Colorado honey) also ordered Avocado toast and bagel and cream cheese. They did not skimp on the toppings. Really a great place to visit.

Really great little coffee shop and deli. I love that they don't upcharge for gluten free items. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the seating is not comfortable at all, other than that, 5 stars all the way.
