We arrived early the restaurant is always well presented customer service great. The presentation of all food was awesome, but I really only enjoyed the seafood chowder. The rest of the family enjoyed the various meats and salads. Great variety of desserts, but the coffee machine was out of order. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Food are OK, quite a lots of seafood in the entrees section. The raw salmons were fresh! Oysters were average. There was a chef in the main section, you can order steak there and he will cook it for you. Chicken was good, pork was too dry. Cheese section running out very fast and didn't refilled, glad I managed to grab a few blue cheese while everyone else still have their main. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Amazing dinner we had tonight for valentines day, everything was delicious salads, seafood, & carved meats. We had the steak cooked for us also & it was perfect!!! Deserts were a bonus with alot to choose from & to top it off a soft serve ice-cream machine!. The staff were very customer service oriented & efficient & the restaurant was very clean and tidy! The hotel this restaurant is in is spectacular and would definitely recommend staying here whenever you are in Rotorua. After table service from Rawiri, a very polite man with good conversation and attention to detail, our dinner was off to a great start. I tried to as per a buffet get a taste of as many options as possible, and had a chat with one of the chefs Khan, thanking him for the wonderful selection put on offer. Overall great experience, nice atmosphere even through a busy evening rush. Great food and great service. I would recommend and will be back. Thanks team for a wonderful evening.

I was told this is the best breakfast buffet in Rotorua and wanted to experience this for my birthday today with my family but was highly disappointed. There was not a single clean table in the restaurant and no one was around to clear one for us so we had to do it ourselves, then we couldn't find clean cutlery or napkins or find anything to wipe our table down because there were no staff around. Not happy at all! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Seafood now so fresh, lots of flies. The steaks were made fresh, yummy sirloin and venison. The lamb was delicious too. For dessert I loved the ice cold vanilla icecream and hot custard. Delicious. Great selection of food from soup to seafood and salad bar, main food and dessert/cheese. Food options were tasty. Open spaced restaurant with low lighting, candle atmosphere but sucks when your tea light runs out. Missed opportunity for drinks, nearly died of thirst waiting to flag down a waiter/waitress. Friendly customer service, great selection of quality buffet food. Spacious. Good for families with children. We went during the Labour Weekend, it’s fully booked but we manage to a seat outside. Be sure to book before you come.

Best Buffet Full stop. Everything was great. Staff are excellent, food is yum azz and the value is exceptional!! 2 x Adults and 2 x kids = $89 Cheapest, yummiest, happiest, best buffet you will ever get in Rotorua. Check out the pics of the kai
