False advertising, they won't Honor this, they ask for a coupon, that doesn't exist. The GM Christine Cole asked me "If ur hurting for Money, I'll Honor it for U.." I Am DISGUSTED that this business operates and that Auntie Anne's let's these Feanchise Owners Give their business a bad name*

They didn't have much of a selection when I went, but all I wanted were the pretzel bites and they had those. Otherwise the options were cinnamon pretzel, cinnamon pretzel bites, or regular pretzel bites. Seemed odd, but maybe it was the timing of my visit. If I'm craving something specific I'll probably try calling in advance next time before making the trip

We usually go to the Fashion Island location, but we tried this one at the outlets. Very disappointed. We were there on Friday afternoon and the pretzels were hard and a bit burnt. I should have asked for and waited for a fresh batch. These were like they'd been sitting out too long. They should not serve them like that.

The guy who took our order was just okay we got the mini hot dog pretzels and the mini regular pretzels the regular pretzels were so good but the hot dog ones were hard as a rock so when I went back to see if I can get my money back he said "no I can't at this point.." I only had one and my husband had one before taking the back sooo... ?? But I asked if I can just have another cup of the regular pretzels and he ignored me and handed me another cup of the mini hot dogs saying these ones were just made.. so why didn't he give me those ones 2 minutes ago? What place doesn't do refunds? Not to mention he got a little attitude 🤣

Bought 4 pretzels and a hot dog. Was helped by Christine Cole. Excellent customer service. That were busy (Memorial Day), line was out the door but she was cool, calm & collected. As busy as they were, she was very pleasant and all smiled. Auntie Anne's needs to give her a raise.
